Nice catch. How far in can you wade close by the pier before it gets deep? I have never fished out there, but I plan to real soon. Trying to learn as much as I can before i go there. Looks like a great spot to fish! Do the bait stands sell live shrimp or do the fish hit on plastic? Or both. Thanks for posting your video. I subbed your channel.
Pete Mtz appreciate the sub man! And you can never go wrong with live shrimp and with croaker season starting up that would be a killer right now on those rocks! The area in front of the pier has a rockline expanding all the way towards the edge of the cove on the left hand side. Wading that close to the pier is tough when the water is up so you can't get that close. When it is low tide you're able to make your way out there. I'm 6'4 so I can fish a little deeper than most but fishing left hand of that pier is always good. I do like to throw plastics and topwaters early morning bite and if I have live bait I'll use later in the morning. Just a word of caution before getting to the pier be careful of a drop off about 50 yards out on the right hand side of the pier it gets deep real quick so just stay close to the shore before getting on the other side of the pier
Oh browns does sell live shrimp and croaker so always call ahead for availability. Croaker isn't a problem getting but shrimp has been tough for all the bait shops.
Hey, nice trout (4:30). Great work.
Dave Ferreira appreciate it! The bigger trout are starting to come in further in the bay finally lol
North of Riviera Beach Pipes? Looks like Baffin on the Rocks in the background. Nice trout though, Fish On!
Where were y’all fishing at?
Barrett Briggs around the kratz area!
Thank you
