its totally depends on temperature if the temperature is hot it will be ready with in 1 to 2 hours. for this u can keep the utensil outside with cover.

But I have a question, I always try to use least amount of yeast in preparing pizza dough (because I read some where that Yeast is very dangerous for liver and overall health) so that's why I use maximum 1tbs in 1kg and my dough doesn't rise well. Could you please suggest any alternate of yeast? and bread improver (eka300) powder is also missing in your recipe which makes the dough very soft.

Personally I don’t use convection microwave but if you had that issue u can try to make thin base. And don’t use too high temperature for less time with that reason also sometime it happened. And if still your base seems like that then U can try once in big thick base pan with using salt in base. This will definitely give you best results and change your temperature of microwave because every microwave have different settings. Hope it will help you. Thanks for watching

Yes for making pizza bun bread etc we need to add yeast but there are some other method like soda or baking powder or curd etc but for me best dough result with yeast only . Thanks
When I made pizza base it was so nice but while cooking in oven the base is not cooked properly and above cheese, topping are starting burning. Smjh nhi aya kya kami reh gyi nd last m fermented smell b arhi thi pizza se.
We use 7.5 gram in 500 g. You can use 15 g in 1kg. Yeast brand matters much. Choose good brand active dry yeast. Please write me your experience. Thanks
Actually I don’t know but that might be fermented smell and if u fell it bad then there may be the temperature issue. Did you tried to make n bake pizza with that ? If yes then what about the taste

No way. 1st Missing salt in it. 2nd missing milk powder, it put little more water in it . 4th you did not tell how long you kept it, by looking at your dough i am pretty sure that you kept it whole night. Pls dont take it as a negative comment but i have cooked and made pizza and dough several times and i am suggesting you from my experience.
Firstly, I shared everything like I preapred...its my own method that I used every time. Secondly, I kept it for about two hours in sunlight, not an overnight. So please before start complaining or criticize the other things..try it...see it properly...without salt no body will prepare...third....may be u use use milkpowder but I never heard n used in pizza dough....

Whatever I used I have shown exactly same things there is nothing hidden ingredients. For alternate you can go with curd n backing soda.
