Already did Gangtok, Amsterdam, Bangladesh & Kalimpong and it kept up. Also during the inital days they did take in customer feedback. I would say just keep it up and keep the price as it is now. Well done team.

Problem with them is many models are not tsa equipped, some locks are not seamless or built outside. Amazon is filled with complains of zip issues. This is what happens when you compromise on quality and focus more on colors and design.

I belong to procurement as well as B2B, I can gurantee that I can reduce the Cogs by minimum 20% to 30%, your cogs is bit higher, need to get this down and forward the discount to customer make your brand popular
