《爱你如生命》讲述了来自瑞士的华裔建筑师王沥川与来自云南小镇的大学生谢小秋从相爱、分离到重聚，一次次生死相依的爱情故事。大学生兼打工妹谢小秋（焦俊艳饰）认识了华裔建筑师王沥川（高以翔饰），两人迅速坠入爱河。沥川腿有残障，但自强刚毅的性格、温和体贴的为人深深吸引了小秋。没过多久，一张病情报告令沥川意识到自己与小秋的爱情无法继续，于是中止了与她的一切联系。小秋独自吞咽失恋的苦果。四年后，小秋以职业翻译的身份进入沥川所属的公司工作，却在一次投标泄密事件中与沥川不期而遇。此时的小秋正被上司萧观（林佑威饰）狂热追求，而沥川的身边也多了一位美貌多情的女同事珍妮特（郑希怡饰）。深爱沥川的小秋不愿放弃旧情，而不忍耽误小秋的沥川只能佯装冷漠。得知真相的小秋，明白了沥川的苦心，选择了离开，两人的内心却始终在一起。
我覺得人生之中能找到真心愛的人 ，應該彼此好好珍惜對方，別等到失去對方在來後悔，已來不及了！
我覺得"愛你如生命"這個故事，我覺得謝小秋真心誠意想與王瀝川白頭偕老，對王瀝川是不離不棄的好女孩，王瀝川不該把她推開，因他明明知道自己離不開謝小秋，何必要折磨彼此，人生無常，謝小秋知道所有事情包括王瀝川生病狀況，她還是一樣不離不棄，想照顧王瀝川，但也因他的固執推開謝小秋，到最後居然是後悔，雖然說:謝小秋小他好幾歲都不是重點，重點是既然相愛就該好好珍惜把握當下在一起的時光，留下美好的回憶，我覺得結局不是我想要的，我覺得結局是謝小秋能照顧王瀝川最後生命的終點站，這才是好結局
我看了不知道哭幾回，我哭的是謝小秋的真心相愛著王瀝川的感動
但是最後那一個是謝小秋把兩個人的戒指丟向海，覺得不ok，應該留下做紀念
对，谢小秋不应该把戒指丢下海，因为小秋是不希望沥川对她还牵挂和放不下才离开他，小秋心里还是深爱着沥川的，戒指是他们俩的爱情象征，之前不是在大雪中要找回介戒指吗？更希望的是小秋依然 保存着戒指，这样也许会让身为观众的我们更加能释怀对于他们的爱，而不是种无情的感觉。

I have watched this series only the start of 2024 & I was easily captured by the story as I continued watching it, I noticed the acting skills of the cast esp. the lead actors ,but I became sad that lead actor has died4 yrs. ago alongside with all these are questions how ,why ,when,where he died at young age of 35.

I love this drama series, I felt like as if I'm drowning in a sea of tears, it's one of the best love story I watched for a couple days since March 25, 2022, then to be able to understand the ending part, I had to watch it again over and over again, and this is my 5th time already. (next to "Winter Sonata", so far one of the best korean series, and I love that series, too - which I watched more than 20x from 2002 then last Dec 2021 - March 2022. Then I saw a video clip in my FB about Remembering Lichuan, I did watch it out of curiosity, only, I really didn't expect to be a real tearjerker one, like Winter Sonata). I also love this Remembering Lichuan, it's just the final/last episode is really confusing- asking did Lichuan really die? or did he recover from that bone marrow transplant, did he come back to Shanghai? or not, just too many hanging questions at the back of my mind! (watching from Canada)
Some says there is part 2" reunited with lichuan, but the male lead is not Godfrey anymore" where they got married and had twins, but couldn't find it, 😭 but it's seemed like he died really died cus of the bone marrow,
