We need the Bus Bros in ninja suits playing a prank on Conor Daly. At night. The Bus Bros Vs. Will Power in a boxing match. Set up Conor Daly on a date and follow him around commentating on it. Even better, raffle off a date with Conor Daly but don't tell him about it until date night. Since it's RA next you should head out to the fans and mooch some brats.
I’d like to see Scotty try his best American accent and imitate Josef and Vice-versa. Also we need a short bit where Scotty explains some Kiwi slang. You could also try to learn a funny phrase in one of the foreign languages spoken in the paddock and surprise a driver with it and have him/her grade you (French, Swedish, Spanish etc etc). Would love to see some of the paddock pets! Perhaps a family feud type game with some of your crew. Loved the bus tour, might need captions though because Simon was hard to hear.
Also, maybe a yoga session or obstacle course challenge (that you can't easily get hurt doing because obviously you still have to find some time for your side gig -driving!)

Have each Bro decorate the other's bus on the inside, then do an MTV Cribs style showing of their work. 4. Have a segment called Bus-Ted. Go to a random bus and have someone give a mini Ted-Talk on anything. 5. Make a list of popular things from the city you're currently in, and make a tier-list rating those items. 6. Play the penis game. (look it up on Urban Dictionary)
How about a scavenger hunt with as many of the drivers as you can get to do it? Would be a cool way to show off the tracks and behind the scenes areas.
Your concept is very good, it just needs tweaking. "Surprise" bus tour was great. I think we can all watch 30 seconds of Santucci being bleeped every episode, that was hilarious! Sweet As is pretty darn funny, limit it to three items total and give more detail on what your eating and what type of food it is. This segment has potential, maybe tweak it to feature specific foods from each track? Road America would be brats, roasted corn and ice cream since Wisconsin is dairyland. The Q&A segment also has potential it needs focus, ask a question on the Twitters about a driver, team, region of the country (obviously wherever you are racing that weekend), sponsor, etc. The joke ad segments are funny and have potential. Go with fake ads till you get real ones but put more effort into a fake ad. Get a driver or team member to model your BusBros schwag, only its gotta be a driver or team member no one expects. Shoot for the TubeYou magic 10 minute video sweet spot with a maximum of 15 minutes. I think one of the problems your having is trying to make each episode too long. My only question is this: How or what are your plans for the off season? BusBros could/should continue, you guys could tailgate at college football games or during an RV vacation.
