It's under cooked compared to the american norm. We have to cook our meat to higher temp in the US because our farming practices are so poor. We cut hygiene corners to keep meat cheap. The rest of the world not so much.

However someone earlier in the comments said that the there is a different kind of bacon that is eaten in other countries and it is often consumed raw or undercooked. Who knows maybe this is that kind of bacon. 🤔
@@TheChenelle92 All I know is that the bacon they use in Korea and Japan is nothing like American bacon. It stays pink like that no matter how long you cook it. (Also, you can eat "under cooked" pork, and some chefs even say it's the best way to experience the meat's flavor. It's an aside, but something I felt like mentioning.) Sorry, but I see these types of comments about their bacon all the time and, like, it's obviously not making people sick or considered improper to THEM so... The comments kinda drive me a bit up the wall. :p
That's what I heard, Japan bacon is different. Well I'm from the States. so all I know is that the bacon we have is definitely not safe to eat raw or undercooked. Of course you can eat it, at your own risk but it is recommended not to by the cdc. I guess once I travel to Japan I will be able to see for myself. 😊
@@TheChenelle92 100%. I wouldn't eat our bacon raw either. I guess it's that whole "internal temperature" thing. You can cook a two inch thick pork chop where it's still very pink inside and it's technically "safe". Most people are just squeamish about meat doneness.
Everything is so precise. That spatula was the perfect size for the bread. Either way they all looked yummy, especially with the melting cheese :)

이 매장은 왜 계란이랑 옥수수를저렇게 넣지....?? 원래 옥수수 컵에넣고 계란넣고 같이 풀어서 넣지 않나요...매장마다 조리법이 통일이 안된건가
컵에 넣어놓으면 컵 더럽다고 컴플레인 들어와서 하나하나 씻어가면서 해야하는데 저렇게 소스통에 넣으면 여러번 쓸 수 있고 컵보다 조작도 간편해요 ☺️
