In c8 grindd, overcharge is MUCH better then critical allocation
I got both gilded aswell
You can build the catacombs in less the 25 seconds w 4 eac's and a pylon 20 du defence make sure y use overcharge if you do because the huge range is what makes the grind successfull
The only bosses that suck are the drakenlord and the siegeroller

Im a big fan since the 2015 era when boost aura was the meta with the area explosion mod on the weapon. havent kept of watching your videos and the content is really the best. im actually at floor 200 and would suggest and aprecciate a video of how to deal with flyers properly such as trees for the purple bees but for all of the flyers with the best way! much love from brasil, youre awesome!!

I am getting back into DD2 after at least a couple of years from not playing, and I was wondering if you could form a playlist of up-to-date guides on DD2. Also, great content! Not much has changed since the trials update. Lots of additions but same old stuff as far as metas go. You may find that you liked the NM era better :P
is that crit chance/dmg shard you're using on eac better than overcharge ?
Depends, do you want aoe damage or single target damage? One is not better than the other, only different.

What exactly make certain Chaos levels "tower meta" or "aura meta", is it just because of the types of enemies that spawn?
Yup, DD2 is a game of countering enemies, some enemies are countered by auras, others by towers.
For example: Chaos 2 and 5 is tower meta 'cuz the cyborks.
Chaos 7 is aura meta becuz the kobolts that appear in NORMAL lanes, suck a ton of damage and focus more the towers than the cores themselves.
Chaos 8 is tower meta cuz it was enough aura. Seriously, almost all chaos can be steamrolled with good aura set-ups (chaos 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and now 9, it's insane .-.)

So outta curiosity if I run a piercer mod on my EAC like you. Does it pierce the Geodes shields? Been noticing them being a issues here and there ricocheting my EAC progectile and nuking itself.
Yup, geodes shields are the main purpose of piercer servo.

I don't yet have this character, but I'm seriously thinking about getting it. C8 is really giving me a hard time with the spiders. I've tried every combo to try and clear a map, but I can't for the life of me make it past wave 4 :( It's just like my first run through with C2 a few years ago lol, took me a while to get through it, but I did it all with no help making it so much more rewarding.
If you have her use ev2 protons with a poison servo def rate servo and def rate shard and the frosty beams shard the overcapped rate means it still crowd controls the poison can combine with earthshatters for easy petrifying and pair that with earth toss on the earthshatter nothings getting by
@@jayandrews4807 Yeah I ended up using the weapon mans with poison, earth shatter with knockup and skyguard towers. Turned out to work very well. 9 so far is not as bad as 8, just gotta keep the assassins off me lol. Thanks for the reply :)

Same method, my left side towers (from spawn if you look)getting boomed all time by fly boomers, no clue why, im literally using every mm i can, to make it work, automation+def rate shards on reflect beam [does it need tenacity10/10 to be good/ don't destroy my turrets or what?] :D
You can just use Automation instead of Tenacity 10 (but for this build I doubt you need either, don't think Hex Throwers pierce the RB like Cyborgs) however RB only protects from projectiles like Hexthrower's spears NOT the flying bombers themselves. I'd recommend putting a random Proton Beam or even the RB if you want down where the stairs start because kobolds will suicide into nodes.
What Juicebags showed is you needing to have the perfect setup which is what's bad about EAC's, they require an expensive setup to be viable. Without having some bait for flying kobolds, they will destroy your EAC's.

ENough to face roll C8, ignore tool tip numbers. They have not been accurate for the last 8 years in DD2 sadly.

Can’t seem to find how to do the earth shatter pdt afk build
Earth toss shard explosive poison almost anything can be used to afk with the right setup
so i am having trouble doing chaos 8 and these videos dont help cause you are using choas 9 stuff with all perfect stuff
Use the earth shakker and the skyguard is should get it done easy
Earthshatter with Earth Toss + Poison Dart Tower is your friend.
With maxed Earth Toss proc chance, and Poison Damage Skyguard. Launched enemies count as airbourne, which makes Skyguard able to hit it.
Yeah thats what i use and my shakker does not have 10 mods and use a boost aura to boost the skyguard for 200% stronger damage lol
Use earthshatters with poison protons that got me through my first maps with c8 gear
I just place 3 EAC's same as you do but I put 2 PB's for petrify down bellow the stairs. I've run at least 100+ runs and never needed reflect beams. Kobolds suicide into PB's so the only "danger" you got is the other flying mobs and bosses if you don't deal a lot of damage, which you won't. I leave mine at T1 so bosses take a while while everything else dies. It is also a c8 relic (and I use Overcharge over Crit Allocations, the build is too expensive to make them work, I've swapped to skeletal Archers since they're more reliable and allow me to afk better)
Well as you saw here, I didn't need reflect beams either :P nothing threw at the EACs
can i use all-mystic buildings in C8?
Never a wonderful idea to use all of one thing from any hero. But you can do whatever you want if you throw enough power at it. So if a sub optimal build will work with other heroes mixed in, you would have to have a completely fine tuned all perfect build to do that, but yea, it's possible.

One of the dumbest parts of the game is that whenever they release a new hero, they nerf the old heros into oblivion while claiming that they were just too op, and then proceed to make the new heros just as op as the old ones used to be. They completely made ev2 ineffective, and replaced her OPness with the new assassin guy. All this after they said 2 years ago that there would never be anymore updates. Devs are just trolling.

Quick question, how to reroll?????? I have been playing this game for around 2 years but I have no luck rerolling mods to get 10/10 tenacity or rate mods. How people is getting the 10/10 mods?????? Thanks for answering!
They either have good RNG with the drop or with the reroll OR they are hitting the 100 piti pull. Every 100 rerolls, you’re guaranteed a 10/10. That’s 100 rerolls total for any/all mods.
