- Coming here early to share with you some of the work going into the new book Exit the Cave. This concept of reincarnation being a trap for our soul is an important one, so I wanted to share a small piece of that work with you as well as the challenge with writing about Plato's Cave at all.
As for me, doing fine, still not much sun, writing 6 hours a day, in the garden the rest of the time.

I have zero desire to partake in the mortal world anymore, save for time with my children. And children are the closest thing to angels we have in this world.
Once I realized the plastic nature of the cave, it became clear that there's nothing of value behind the gilded cage.
Thank you for the shout out Howdie. The biggest red flag is most certainly the memory wipe. We come here lifetime after lifetime not aware of where we came from, why we are here, or where we are going, yet in the same breath are told time and time again that this is a "school" or a "learning experience". As you pointed out we can not learn, grow, and evolve if we have no recollection of what to learn, grow, and evolve from. This is where the karma, judgement, sinning comes into play, and we seemingly continue to buy into this lifetime after lifetime due to the what is forced on us while here in the Earth realm.
My content can be long, but I do provide timestamps on each upload in the description tab and comment section for easier viewing. I also plan to provide some condensed clips in the near future, and will likely have those posted on the 2 backups. The most important thing is that everybody is doing their own research to prove this to themselves.... (see next)....
As far as solutions go, this is something I discuss almost every video because of how important it is, and new listeners join regularly so it's good to continually have that information out there.
The answer seems simple, and personally I feel it's the only logical one because of how easy it is for us to fall right back into the grand illusion. The approach involves non-interference, sovereignty, liberation, and non-duality because we can't be thinking about fighting anything which is something that comes up regularly in comments.
I also feel creation of our own realm designed to be impenetrable by any and all outside interference is also key. We could even say the creation of our own realm may be a distraction but because of what's at stake I feel making sure protection on all fronts is of the upmost importance. If our essence is rooted in non-interference that's truly all that matters but breaking out of the illusions and deceptions is important wisdom to have because without it then we know no different.
BTW, Icke's solution from my initial brief scan of the book seems to be that we should be going into "5D". This in my very strong opinion is nothing more than furthering the Matrix illusion for the reader. I admittedly haven't gone through the entire thing yet so perhaps I'm wrong but based on what I'm seeing it's very concerning to say the least, and not an approach I'd personally take. I do plan to doing an in depth review sometime before the end of the year.

Have you seen The OA with Brit Marling? I've watched both series recently and thought of your research into NDE's. Perhaps how we might 'die' in one reality and pass into another, or even how our persona/consciousness might bleed over into other realities.
If you think of people who have accidents and undergo radical personality shifts it kind of tallies. Even transplant patients who take on aspects of personality from the original organ donor. So what is consciousness/the persona and where is it's boundary..seems more tenuous than we're lead to believe eh?
There's so much I've seen recently that leads me to think we're fragmented into simultaneously living many lives in many realities (whatever time and reality/realities are, that is) Or even that we're many people at once as we've discussed.
I'd also recommend watching the phenomenal German series, Dark, which is insanely brilliant. It discusses time to be a seemingly inescapable loop of causality. It also discusses how we're trained to think in dualities when a third dimension is required. The triquetra is used to exemplify how time loops round on itself. Pretty mind-blowing stuff!
This is the most important work that has been ignored by every "civilized" system. Thank you, Mr Mickowski, for your dedication to research and sharing.
I just may have lived this life countless times. Since I was a child I've had this boredom not from having nothing to do but like I've seen it all. Like I'm a thousand years old. I'm pretty sure I'm living the same life in the same time same body over and over again. The issue is I want to do better the next time, which is holding me in this neverending cycle. I came across reincarnation, soul recycling and though I know it all sounds insane, it does seem to explain my precognitive abilities. If you live the same life over and over again, your memory is wiped however in my case living the same life certain things seem to stick. Phew does that all sound nuts though 😅
I used to get really vivid dejavu that makes me feel that I've lived this exact life before.

The dragon is waiting to be slayed. You and only you can, slay the dragon and end the cycle.
Insanity is the absence of reason. It is a state of suffering. Suffering=hell. Overcoming suffering is overcoming hell is escaping the cave. Escaping the cave is accepting the futility of hope and move one without fixing it. This is how we are able to leave. Detach yourself from all and be free.
I astral travel and I found out about the trap after unearthing multiple past lives where I just suffered. Actually I haven't had even one where I was happy. The perverse thing was, when between realms, "it was all good" that I was stabbed to death for example. I didn't care anymore. So prepare for just not caring about anything anymore after death. This is extremely dangerous. Forgetting about emotions is also real, because you're so glad to finally be out of body you don't want to deal with problems.
There is some kind of awakening occurring about this subject. I have been researching the Cathars and the Shroud of Turin and somehow I have found myself on this subject and am fascinated and convinced it's the explanation of the conditions of the world. Looking forward to reading your book!

I have a son and daughter that are adults and thankfully they don't have any children. With the way this place is going, they don't want to bring children here. I'm fortunate for that!

Very interesting. Right after my Mom died, she came to me in a dream and was trying to tell me something. We were inside something together but separated by clear walls. It actually looked like plastic walls. She was banging on it with her fist yelling but I couldn't hear her. Then she started spiraling backwards into the wormhole that was behind her. Makes me think she was trying to tell me we were tricked. The place seemed bleak and like an old government building.

I grew up in the Methodist Church, and even eventually got my Masters from a seminary, but in the last 5 years have given all of that up because of not wanting to live inside of any particular worldview, no matter how idealistic it may be. My strategy is to die as awake as possible, to try to see to the heart of whatever is presented to me, and to decide on purpose where to go instead of allowing that decision to be made or guided for me. I'm boomer age, and all my life I have felt this world is "not right".
I went on a "spiritual quest" like many others who were coming of age in the 1970's.
Everything led to the same dead end of ego glorification.

The Tibetan Book of the Dead is about not being seduced by all the beguiling lights. It is about a teaching a "how to" of resisting the seduction of this world, but religiosity is also a seduction. Buddist teaching is to refuse the Light and come back as a buddha... or a teacher...
in order to save "all sentient beings" which is yet another trap.

When I started believing in reincarnation, I used to be excited about what I might be in my next life--sort of like a little kid dreaming about what I’m going to be when I grow up. That was back in my 20’s and 30’s. Now in my 60’s, having worked many years as a nurse, I just think about all the horrible conditions I might come back with and the suffering I may yet experience in this life and/or in the next.
There is so much excess death and disability occurring presently and I think we all know it’s mostly because of something safe and effective. I’m seeing it daily. Why do they need so much loosh right now?
Thank you for covering this. I know it’s an uncomfortable topic for many but IMO what would be more uncomfortable is being totally unprepared and blindsided at our moment of death.

When here at the end things at least turn out good and the energy-vampires that feed of negative energy and human slavery then realize that positive energy, happiness, where life flows easily produces so much more energy than any fear, repression and pain. Out of my seeing, this movie in its animation really is more for adults, because it can scare the crap out of small children, you know.
Another very telling transcript is 'The 5th Interview by Dr. Neruda' .... Years ago, I read the PDF, about 82 pages, and it very much resonated, because the way this world is run and the way it feels to be in this simulation matches what he describes as well.
When it comes to people with Near-Death-Experiences, there is to say that they probably, and only made it into the in between state, meaning the so called twilight-zone between life and death while never having been completely separated from their body. Here I would not go as far as to say that this is the exact state of perception after we left our body. There is a scripture from the Brahmans about the 72 hours called 'Bardo' and that in itself plays out differently for each being.
When you dive into the Human Design knowledge, here this is explained even deeper in regards to time and date, by the exact hour and minute of death and what type of illusion is played into this being's consciousness while in transition.
None of it is real! .... It is here where ones consciousness, the Personality needs about 72 hrs for being able 'to say good-bye' from the body in a rather smooth transition. It suggests that the body should not be moved from the location of death for these 72 hours.
Yet, when you look around in what type of a society we live, especially people dying in hospitals, they cannot remove them fast enough out of their hospital beds. This can cause a lot of irritation for the spirit that just left the body and maybe it is here where the souls are captured? .... since they may not be able to make the transition 'back home'? ... We have no evidence, or proof that this is so, just speculating and wondering. After all no-one ever came back to tell.
My suggestion therefor is to literally focus and concentrate on one's Inner Being when that time comes, to hold it all together and to fend off any distraction no matter how nice and beautiful any images in the illusion appear. Maybe this is the safest way to die? ... without any entity ever being able to take any control? ..... hmmmmm ....
I've thought about this myself.. I remember the pre-birth experience, but am integrating this information just in case lol... because maybe THAT was an illusion?...
So my plan that I am willing into my inner consciousness is that when I die I will seek to be still. Meditate basically... and be very patient.. not "walk into the light" if it is there. After all, there won't be any time I assume. It makes no sense that if I have good intentions I'd be sent to hell (which I don't believe in).

Yes, this is along the lines of what I meant to portray. Stillness, not 'willing' anything but to being present within ones own essence while not allowing any distraction, no matter what this may 'look like' or sound like, you know.
Interesting. In Slavic countries the body would be kept at home for 3 days and family and friends would come to say farewell. Now the hospitals took over. Maybe its also related to the fact that nowadays lots of people live in small apartments while before the war most people had farms and people in the towns always had relatives in a country. Now its the other way round.
@@danamarta7803 - yes, and all that is a satanic social-engineered (industrial) endeavor ... to take space away from human beings, so to keep them like cattle in cages, cities as Energy Extraction Matrix and it is said that the soul needs about 72 hours/three days of being able to truly let go of the body so not being captured in the so called 'twilight-zone' for that many 'Personalities' - the awareness of being human may have not completed the process 'to let go' ... wanting to hold on .. as to hinder the natural dying-process is a satanic act, too. Since most poeple do not know of this, as humanity is kept dumb and dummer, no-one questions 'dying in the hospital' anymore while the body is then discarted as quickly as possible.

I love this talk, I searched reincarnation soul trap and there you were. My boyfriend and I became Gnostic Christians about a year ago, and while I agree with you about this being an illusion run by Archons, I am slightly concerned with the idea that nothing here matters. I think people like Klaus Schwab and Gates and the Rockefellers, etc are all aware of the ancient gnostic teachings and if we all take the stance of "nothing in this material plane matters and we can all escape it if we know the trick", then they are correct that morality is a construct and there is no fundamental morality and therefore we can do anything we want including hurting others because it doesn't ultimately matter.
I can't believe this is true. I think we must have a feeling about what is right and wrong for a reason.
As far as this not being a school because we don't consciously remember our past lives, couldn't it be that our souls remember on some level? Couldn't that be why some people are more innately wise than others?
I do agree that this is a clown world, and I am ready to be done with it. Yet I have a hard time believing it means nothing and is completely arbitrary. I would love to read your book, though!
Or people like Gates, , Schwab, Rothschilds, Rockefeller, royal family, etc.--are the disguised reptilian beings who run the planet and harvest the loosh. Or they specifically work for such entities.

I've just come across your channel from Tena & Karen.
Over the past decade, I’ve investigated and researched the topic of what people call the “reincarnation trap” or “recycled souls.” Basically, the whole process of reincarnation is based upon a cycle of ‘learning’ and ‘evolving’ through experience to reach enlightenment. From what I’ve gathered and understood, it appears that souls in this dimension don’t necessary become ‘enlightened’ when leaving the body at the moment we call ‘death.’ That would depend on their state of consciousness at the time. We live in a multi-dimensional Matrix prison reality, in other words, there’s many non-physical levels (astral realms) of the Matrix beyond this dimension where souls gravitate to with countless ‘heavenly’ realities that souls believe they’re in some sort of religious ‘heaven’, however, it’s just another level of this Matrix trap to imprison Consciousness. What lies beyond the Matrix is realms of Infinite Possibility (Space less, Timeless, Formless and Stillness).
I keep hearing that the tunnel light of what most NDE’s see is a false trap to lure souls into a dimension of dark negative entities (archons, reptilians, demiurge) masquerading as ‘higher’ beings in forms of spirit guides, council of elders, advisors, teachers, even dead relatives! I know, sounds crazy, right? Hear me out..ask yourself why is the Spirit world hierarchical in structure? Why are spirit guides encouraging souls to reincarnate back to Earth? Why are these external entities such as the Council of Elders claim ‘they know best?’ Shouldn’t we be following our Higher and Infinite Selves? Why don’t we consciously remember our previous past lives? Could our memories by wiped out on purpose? If our true nature and core essence is always connected to the Source, then why do we need to go through these cycles of incarnating and evolving? Interestingly, for example The Tibetans in the Tibetan Book of the Dead, that is read to dying Tibetans...speak of avoiding the false light and the distractions.
Perhaps, we need to awaken from our collective amnesia trance and remember who we really are by learning through experiences? To strip away all these perceptual (programmed) onion layers of fear, doubt and disbelief, ignorance, perception (burst the 5 sense limited bubble), to free our minds that have been programmed to cover our true Infinite Awareness? To strip away everything we are not like belief systems and everything imposed on our minds since birth? What if recurring bad experiences can also imprison human perception deeper into density and programmed illusion? Why do we have to suffer to be ‘saved’?
Indeed, If this Matrix dimension is a prison along with other levels that cycle back here again in a loop of experience, then from that perspective, to me, it would make perfect sense that these negative dark forces have created a system of recycling souls back here again so they can absorb our low vibrational energy of fear, guilt, resentment, hatred in the form of suffering, war, adversity etc... But the issue is most people especially in the New Age and Religious communities don't acknowledge it's a prison, trap or there's deception and manipulation taking place. Endless repeating experiences or incarnations of the same basic perception programming is not going to set souls free, but can reinforce and further empower the very illusions and deceptions that hold humanity in perceptual servitude.

To Howdie Mickoski: I agree that the excessive and unnecessary suffering in this world means we cannot be in a School of Life like New Agers claim. However you need to take into account several things:
1) First, not everyone is suffering all the time. There are plenty of well off people who are living relatively comfortable lives with plenty of money and live in nice houses and have stable families. You can't project your feelings onto everyone since everyone is living different lives.
2) Second, you can't rule out that if you are suffering then you may have bad karma from a past life. That cannot be ruled out and is a possibility on the table.
3) Third, ancient religions teach that the "sins of the fathers get passed down to their sons". Even the Bible says that. So it could be that if your ancestors have bad karma or a curse placed on them, then that would pass onto you too. The bad karma or curse could be passed on to you through your genes. It may not be your fault and it may not be just, but that's the way it is. God may not be perfect and may be powerless to prevent universal law. He does not have to be perfect and may have to abide by cosmic laws too. That's why families like the Kennedys and the Bruce Lee family had a lot of mysterious unexplained deaths, because such families may have been cursed, which affected all family members, even if they were innocent. A lineage will pass on a curse or bad energy.
4) Fourth, there may be a universal law of duality that states that if you had a good life in the previous incarnation then you have to pay for it with a bad one this time around. Just like night and day switches places, because the dualities have to balance. So it might be nothing personal, just a balancing act between two polarities. If you read the Kybalion and the 7 Hermetic Principles in it, it explains this. Without polarity the matrix may collapse so even the gods have to work with it and are not above it.
I'm not judging you or saying these explain everything. But they are possibilities to put on the table and consider because they make some sense.

My dreams are wiped when I wake up lately. I get messages and get solutions in my dreams. So yes, they are powerful and some one or thing doesn’t want us remembering them
I only ever remember nightmares anymore. This is probably due to marijuana use mostly.
I use to have extremely powerful dreams some years ago (ages 0-11) and now this has happened to me as well. I am in my late teens now I and can’t remember anything. It’s just all blank and it’s unnerving. What are some reasons it happens and how do we fix it?
Write your dreams down the instant you wake up. The memory sticks around for at least several hours that way.
I'll join u in this journey! I feel I've been prepping my whole life- in my later teens I started reading esoteric books and astrology...that described the cycles/and how certain events one needs to prep for, and only a certain time, the door is "open" for it...❣️🙌😃

Awesome video. I used to watch a lot of Matt’s videos but I felt like he just examined the screen more than I liked. All the events out in the world are just garbage and noise, distractions. If anything, I see the world as a mirror of us, but more like fun house, inverted mirrors. There are symbolic truths in the world, but they are distorted. For example, marriage is one of the biggest celebrations in this world. But from a soul trap perspective, it ties you to another person, putting your energy outside yourself. Though I think it’s symbolic of our spirits. In order to limit our power we have been split in two. When those 2 pieces reunite within, maybe we can get past the soul trap without any issues, the biggest celebration we could have. Just an idea I’ve been mulling over. But I am excited to read your ideas

Hi Howdie I have found your videos very interesting and you seem a very intelligent man who has put a lot of work and effort into your research. I think I may have fallen into the trap of trying to fix things and still thinking there's a small bit of hope. But when I look back at the last 2-3 years it has really hit me in the face how crazy this world is. When you think of the covid restrictions (how it impacted mental/physical health, jobs/businesses etc), a dangerous war that is a threat to the world, being ripped off with price of everything going up, strikes, essential services collapsing etc the list goes on and on. Isn't it strange how things have really been shaken up all at once in these past 2 years? All these events that have been happening made me realise even before watching your content something is not right with this place and that we definitely being controlled and manipulated in some way. I will look forward to reading your book and will check out the other links you posted too. Watching your content is really opening my mind and making me question this reality a lot more.

The following is from the book, The Active Side of Infinity by Carlos Castaneda. This is taken from the chapter called Inorganic Awareness.

Howdie, A Course In Miracles and a unique interpretation of it, The Disappearance of the Universe by Gary Renard, shares specifically how to get off this reincarnation wheel. I know many poo-poo this work as "programming material" but if practiced even slightly but consistently a mental shift occurs that indeeds awakens the individual from Plato's Cave. Gary even shares that the story of Plato's Cave was told to him as a child by his mom. This work is grounded in Christian concepts (father/son/holy spirit) which I ignore and simply use as symbolism.
That said, decades ago my late husband and I practiced the principals of ACIM for several years after reading Renard's book and our results were amazing! It was literally what awakened me to "the simulation". My late husband had actual experiences of seeing the construct literally disappear and reassemble itself. The main tenant of this work is 'Don't make it (this reality) real'! When I practice this consistently my experience is that this 'reality' shifts in my favor or at the very least does not affect me negatively. Synchronicities abound and doors open seemingly magically. In this way I am free from one level of this 'reality' system (leveling up) and on to undo the next. Maybe this is just another aspect of this crazy construct...who knows? I'm just trying to exit the damn cave. lol.
I take what works for me and am not a devotee of any teaching/teacher. That said, the principals/practices of ACIM played role in my journey that I continue to build upon but I am not a practitioner of that material. Just thought Id share it since you said nothing teaches how to exit Plato's cave.
I had a very similar NDE to yours in a near drowning incident when I was a child. What I have lived with is KNOWING we don't die. This perspective has served me to relate to everything as an 'experience' rather than a 'reality'. I only adjust the screen on MY experiences. I do nothing to try and adjust the screen on this reality!

At the moment of my “birth” I knew the most important part of life is death... I just never fully understood it till I was older. (I feel my birth or at least I came in here at age 5 or had a mind wipe at that age when I was in a head on collision resulting in my fathers death).
One thing is don't give your power away to a fake power you are your own God don't give it away to those looking exploit you .
I've read the book 'Journeys Out of The Body' by Robert A. Monroe YEARS ago because of the intense 'sleep paralysis' I was experiencing at the time. Definitely a great read. He also has a channel here on youtube called 'monroe institute' which I want to look into..

The thing is, I have been having these thoughts for more than 2 decades. I already knew as a child, something is wrong. Something is being kept from us..
Then I saw The Matrix in 1999, and I was blown away. Here we had the concept I had thoughts about, but in movie format! Someone other than me, have been having these thoughts, and they even made a movie about it. But now in 2022, talking about the soul trap has become more common.

You are correct with there being many people who can point out the issues in the world and open your awareness to what’s really going on but no one is saying what to do about it. David Icke done a 15min video going over a few minor things we can do to resist control, Dolores Cannon talked about the process of tearing up soul contracts and getting away from Karma but that’s about all I’ve ever come across.
For about 30 years I’ve told myself I want this to be my last incarnation and that’s before I found any truth teachings like yours. I’ve just always felt something was off and the world just doesn’t make any sense.
My Question is, know what we know are we still able to manifest good things, like wealth and experiences for our lives whilst we are here? Making the prison more enjoyable like you say?
I feel like the more knowledge I discover the more negative I start to feel.

Hello Howdie, I found your interviews with Jeff Mara and Chad and I love your soul trap theory. I have always felt that something was wrong with this Earth. Three years ago, after I read the Gnostics bible and the Naghamadi scriptures my eyes were suddenly opened. I don't follow a religion, but I believe that Christ came to warn us by telling us to turn our focus inward and to detach from the things of the world because the kingdom is within us. Unfortunately, people turned His teaching into a religion. I also believe that because we have this awareness will are ready to get out of this trap and break the cycle of reincarnation. I'm looking forward to learning more from you and to reading your books too.

Hi Howdie. First chance I've had to comment. It's incredible that you read the entire website of Wayne's. I just take it for granted that you and others are aware of channels like his. I'm typing at the very beginning of your talk so I don't know if you mentioned these sites or not but 2 other channels exclusively about this subject are The Overwatch Channel and the Forever Conscious Research channel. As of now I'm convinced this is accurate and exactly what has happened to us countless times before, and will continue to happen if we don't assert our free will when we leave our body. Howdie and David Icke (his new book The Trap) share whole areas of conversation almost exactly the same- even using the same analogies. They must have came to the same conclusions or received the same 'download'/inspiration. Or both got it spot on.
I am thrilled that you brought up Wayne's site Tricked by the Light and Mark's channel Forever Conscious Research Channel. Mark has had Wayne on a few times and the vids are quite interesting. One thing I have learned is the we must KNOW to say NO and we can have no attachments to this place nor any regrets. Nice little infinity/meta sign showing the avatar as an adult and come back on the other side of the loop as a baby. Each time your mind is wiped. This is NOT a school, absolutely correct. There is NO continual learning when you lose your past lives learned lessons or failures. My whole life I have felt like I don't belong here. This is NOT and NEVER will be my home. The Egyptian weighing of the heart, the feather, the truth is a TRAP. imo. They get us to condemn ourselves to another go 'round very often by GUILT. Look at the word TRAP and backwards it is PART. PART=another part in a new scripted reality which is a TRAP. i agree this is the best time to get the hell out, the NET appears to be thin as they move the reality from one age to a new age. You can see this reality glitching, this tells you there are holes opening. There is NO god. Jesus and Lucifer are two sides of the same coin. Loosh, energy, currency, current, there are lots of word connections. Preparation for death IS IMPORTANT. You cannot FEAR death, you will lose. You must know that the true you does NOT die. You got my curiousity going and I looked up the word “rapt” which is also anagram of trap and part. It means to be completely fascinated by what one is seeing or hearing and archaic meaning is having been carried away bodily or transported to heaven. Wow wow wow. Those three sum it up.

It struck me while watching, Howdie that whether we study Tartaria, UFOs, psychic powers, remote viewing, simulation theory and political conspiracies like 9/11, we are all trying to get to the same place, a revealing and understanding of the controlled nature of what we call “reality” when it is as you point out, is Plato’s Cave.
I remember reading in the Falun Gong texts that there are more than 80,000 paths to reaching God and no matter which way we take to get there, the journey inevitably ends at pondering the nature and purpose of our death.
The question I have Howdie, is whether or not you think a greater intelligence of a benevolent nature exists on the other side of all this to help guide our way. And if so, how can it be recognized as loving and pure with intent should we prepare ourselves for a possible deception?
There may not be an easy way of researching information when we arrive at the other side. Discernment will be so important. We wouldn’t know who or what to trust. The decision of believing in a Creator means also to understand well enough the relationship you have with it. Otherwise should it present itself and we reject it out of fear, what then would we be left with to rely upon? Only ourselves?

Yes this is a valid question. This reality seems that the CAthars are correct, this is a realm from an evil deity. yet they claim there is a real world that this was copied from. The question as you say, is how much of that real, or good world, can get i here and influence us (I would suggest some) then as you say, how would you know the difference. This realm is a master of deception. As such we have to trust ourselves to the core 100%, put our faith fully within not without, that might be the main thing and only thing we really have to do
