I like the happier endings and almost movie-like quality of a lot of these older creepypastas, it reminds me of a much simpler time where things didn't have to be as "subversive", "gritty", or "realistic".

@@tanninkline I would absolutely love a twist for a longer modern creepypasta where the protagonist gets some power-up and the story basically becomes a shonen anime near the end.

The Real hero of this story is *The Second Amendment*
MC's .44 Mag was only fired at the monster's leg, because straight-out killing it would've been too easy.
At the end, when the monster and MC are just staring at each other through the window, I like to imagen MC is just twirling the .44 on his finger, smiling.
A terrifying tale filled with horrifying horror and petrifying peril
