      Tlid coach always rely on patterns or whatnot on why they are deserving for the trophy adding mental stress to his players, coach Ynot just want his players to relax and fight and letting him handle the drafts easing the player's mental stress

      In my opinion, TLID's coach's speeches are lowkey shading the other team, especially @18:41, while FNOP's coach's speeches are just like "We chillin' here, boys."

    TLID Mental Coach and FNOP Coach really contrast each other. TLID Mental Coach wants to motivate them by saying that the opponent will be overconfident, and they'll use it against them, while FNOP Coach eases their minds by admitting his mistakes and telling them that he'll handle the drafts, and they should just play normally. TLID Mental Coach is a motivator, while FNOP coach is like a parent who subdues his children's worries by saying "Everything's okay, I'm here. It'll be fine."
    As a kid back then, when my mom said that to me while I was being brought to hospital because I got mauled by a pitbull, I felt like something heavy was lifted back then and just fall asleep.

    What truly made FNOP the champions is that they kept reminding each other that even a bad play can serve as motivation for the next one. Their coach also emphasized that there’s no need to pressure themselves, as, in the end, the winner will be crowned, and the loser will learn valuable lessons. TLID was indeed a good team but still needs to grow and step out of their comfort zone or standard picks. Both teams gave an outstanding performance, and this legacy will remain historical.

    You can see the contrast between the faces of FNOP's and TLID's coach, also in the way coach Ynot and the mental coach of TLID gave their speeches to the team. One amps up the confidence of the team while the other engrave to the minds of the team that they are the weaker one in the match. Underdog mentality is great and all, but if you're always thinking that you're the weaker one, then it seems that you are agreeing to it and puts up this confined mindset to your team.

    My observations in this documentary:
    My M3 documentary wish to focus more on players point of view instead of totality to casters is granted. It captures more emotion for the viewers. The ratio is now like 50/50 to 60/40 for players side which is good. Hoping for a 70/30 to 90/10 ratio in the future. Little concern: Transitions of subtitles are too fast. Aside from rewinding the time because of goosebumps and interests, it also happened because I haven't caught a glimpse of what the subtitle said because it transitioned too fast. Slow buildups in the players scenario would be good, especially in the drafts. But the addition of Bahasa Indonesia was a good move for the Indonesian Viewers (No more "gak bisa bahasa inggris" in the comments haha).
    Bonuses:
    13:16 Wrong translation: It should be "They're making you feel like you're *ahead* " not behind. Kirk in game 3 was observed to be greedy with his Cici, so Ynot's observation was TLID made Kirk feels like he's doing something but that was not the case.
    7:41 Super Frince predicting a Novaria pick like their last series🤣 also Brusko anticipated the carmilla too in the game 5 (last game).
    16:19 K1NGKONG informing his teammates about Faviann having no dash. This type of small detail is what leads to a good execution. You can see as after that his Joy dashes in without hesitation because Faviann can't out without having dash. Unfortunately for Luo Yi that he's the one who received the damage 😂.
    17:17 It was actually a 4 man taunt, we can see at 16:34 - 16:35 that there were 4 "taunt' text appeared at the top of each head of TLID member. But I guess the burst of reaction and how fast that play happened made GideonQ thinks it was just a 3-man taunt.
    • Kelra's teammates call him Duane (his real name) instead of Kelra, a super family indeed. I don't have an idea though if they do it with everyone else.
    • We got a different coaching perspective here. One is straight to the point, "The draft can fvck off, just focus on your strengths and teamwork and I'll do that job because that's my job if y'all trust me, and I know y'all do." And one is more on a theoretical side like a motivator. This might cause mental stress to the players but it is a case-to-case basis, i guess this type of coaching worked when they won Mpl ID, not for M6 though. Don't bash that coach because he's just doing his job 🤣. I don't like his confidence though when he thinks they can pull off a 4-3 reverse sweep. Other response would be better like what Coach Duckey said in M5, "I don't care what will be the result, I just want you guys to know, that I'm really really proud of you."
    Overall, this documentary set the standard for future M-series documentary. The weight of the content is topnotch because there are more on players/teams POV-particularly, on how players/coaches strategize and talk about their drafts in the draft phase (private meetings not included) There is no risk revealing all of these since patch comes every season. Will there be an episode 2, 3, ..., n? That would be lit 🔥.

    FNOP coach not only motivates, but see the game, pros and cons …TLID ‘coach gives great empowerment but can’t see the whole picture… a leader should have both, and that’s why FNOP ‘is a two thumbs up for me… but it’s a good game anyway,,,I enjoy it and something to learn about… catalyst, sacrifice and support makes the teamworks…. The Philippines has been breaking curses in the M Series - from the host country curse to the trend of winners coming from the lower bracket. This reflects the strength and resilience of PH teams. If one team falls, another steps up to carry the flag.

    They got confused as to how can FNOP be that unfairly strong even when they don't do scrimmages as much as other teams do in preparation for this M6. Little do they know, a scrimmage with the likes of FCAP and TLPH by FNOP is already equivalent to at least 10 scrimmages per team by the other regions.
    The actual M6 Grand Final match were the scrimmage games of FNOP against TLPH, FCAP, AURORA, Omega, etc. Even Blacklist is worthy of top 4 in M6.

    • @soceevee
      @soceevee 28 дней назад +1

      Yeah, that was actually such an insane play with everything perfectly timed
      On a side note I think most people who actually pay attention to drafting phase would notice how fnop actually focused on yve A LOT, tlid did as well but most other teams didn't really pay attention to her that much iirc. Also there were so many yve ban in their drafts since they both know yve's true potential if your team got the chemistry.

    • @SideCommentLang
      @SideCommentLang 28 дней назад +1

      @soceevee and FNOP picking Edith is a no-brainer pick for them because Kirk can play it very well. Those flicker plays of Kirk turned around many teamfights honestly.
