Anamaria Hello if you have not used any chemical so far I would suggest you a nail rubbing technique (Balayam, yogic technique) in which you have to rub your nails with each other for around 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in evening at least for 6 months you will start seeing an effect and rest of the things which would be left undone hopefully will be met with the reiki.
