    And the DA coerced a witness’ testimony in exchange for not deporting the witness’ family. THAT was when the judge finally had enough of the DA’s BS. The charges were dismissed with prejudice citing gross prosecutorial misconduct and he directed a verdict in favor of the defendent. The judge also reported the DA to the bar for dismissal but she escaped punishment on that one and she was still a DA afterwards.

      You can't bith dismiss the case and have a directed verdict. The 2 are completely different mutually exclusive conclusions to a case

    This is why, when the trailer for Matlock came out, I knew she was going to crush it. Harry’s Law was so good and it was a damn crime against the country that it got canceled. Fortunately, Matlock is giving her a second chance. So as I said before congratulations, Kathy. Harry Korn rides again!

    The worst part is that this kind of thing happens all the time and DAs never face any consequences. When the law is enforced by those who do not follow the law then it is time to fight back.

    I'm pretty sure the DA still has to report the allegation - AND that they investigated and described it as "unfounded". They don't get to provide the defense ONLY the evidence that supports their case.

      @@falseprophet1024 The "Young Thug Case" is also the case where the judge was caught colluding with the prosecution... and threw the defense counsel in jail for not telling how he found out.
      The only thing worse for a defendant than the prosecution and judge colluding against them is if their own cousel is colluding with one or both of them against his/her client.
