Boardwalk Bowl on East Colonial is VERY similar to this. I follow older store designs and retail, and it's one thing I recognize Boardwalk in Alamo Plaza being very indetical. It was a Walmart last I believe in operation 2001-2002 before it was bought and turned into the bowling center. This is likely what it looked like as a Walmart. Originally had the white VCT tile, with the wooden floor areas for apparel, and fun fact in certain areas the white tile including behind the lanes at Boardwalk still have the old tile from the Walmart days, just all scratched up, haha. I love this Altamonte store, it's super quiet and enclosed which I am mostly an introvert and don't like a whole lot of crowds and open space.
I remember when they still had the Snack Bar. I loved their burgers and hot dogs! They closed in 1998 and opened a Supercenter about a mile down the road, if that much.
Can you make another video of the Walmart in S Orlando drive in Sanford FL It’s remodeled and you can go to the home and Pharmcy door and I like the store

Very interesting. I filmed the Aldi across the street not long ago and the Walmart Supercenter up the street as well.
@@OrlandoStreets I've seen. I love your videos! I go of course for the older stores as they're the most nostalgic, haha!
There's lot's of old stores around here.

@@travis7310 Wow! So you shopped at the location that used to be Boardwalk? I'd assume it looked very similar to this video's Walmart?
This is the best Walmart we have in Florida!
One day people will be watching this and be like "Woah, stores were so different back then." Or even "Woah, stores exist back then."
Exactly.
Looks so tidy. I used to hang out at the Panera next door.
We've eaten at that Panera a few times. Thanks for watching!
Nice video as always !
This Walmart is cool!
Well previously they used to paint it blue and change the logo as WAL-MART In 2006
I cant wait to explore round a walmart , there kinda like our asda but on a much bigger scale 🙂👍🇱🇷
Nice ! Next dollar tree please
I've never been to a dollar store.
It's about time
@@porkied6 Is dollar tree the best of the dollar stores?
Is not bad at all but there is another store called 99 cent store
Thank you 👏👏
Thanks for watching!
I really wish there was a McDonald’s in there so we can eat.
That's definitely an older Walmart.
One of the originals, before the supers. They've done a good job superfying it, though. It's a psuedo super. A classic.
@@OrlandoStreets I heard there isn't a produce or meat section like most of them. Unless they're going to be adding them.
@@travis7310 Ah, I wasn't paying attention but I think you're right. They just don't have the space.
@@OrlandoStreets It does look rather small, but, I'm sure they carry the same stuff, just limited.
