After watching many of your videos on your channel and also watched some other channels who were doing similar think like you, living off the grid on their own however, there is a major difference, you both seem very special to me since, you both also integrating the community and helping out the people on your way in this great journey of living in the village kind of setup.

What you said about the Coffee Bean is exactly right but it's also true about every grain that is grown in the world rice corn wheat barley oats whatever grain has a certain a percentage of bugs so if you're not handpicking your grains and you're going to make some bread you're going to have some bugs

I have lived in the next town over for 30 years (Stowe previously) need a tour guide? You might want to consider an old country store. There are many which have closed or about to.buildings with lots of history and character.

How did you decide on Stowe? Talk about a small world. I've been following you since before your travels with Trent and Allie and living vicarously through some of your adventures. I grew up in Stowe, VT and instantly recognized your drone footage. Make sure you visit the concert meadow at The Trapp Family Lodge and take a deep breath for me!

The place with the built in apartment is incredible…. Just coming from a fellow Roaster who spends many nights at my warehouse sleeping on a couch …. Having all the comfort and cozy of home is a huge plus …. I would plan it in any property I’d invest in !!!

Isn't bugs mostly proteins? If so it would be coffee with proteins unless the bugs were bad for the coffee plant.

Bug free coffee! Yay! You’d be surprised to look up how many things we eat and drink every day that has bugs in it. It’s gross!

I even read last week about fruit flies and that juice factories are only allowed up to x percentage of fruit flies in orange juice.
Peanut butter, rice, the list goes on and on. Thanks FDA for allowing this. 🤮🤑
