Yes, we can integrate in terms of x instead of y. But the way I'm showing you is the easiest. Being able to integrate with respect to y allows you to solve some problems very easily in the future.
@@kaziabdullah9565 That's right :) I always choose the easiest methods to show on my videos. They might seem strange at first, but trust me, it's the easiest. There's a calculus video I made where you have to integrate with the positive direction of the y axis pointed downwards, but there's a reason to that, because if you do it with the positive direction pointed upwards, it is way more difficult :)
