@@kingkhan1802 "out of anger" lol. Why are you defending a known criminal with a lengthy record who was actively trying to take tbe officers gun and execute him? It is really simple. Don't steal vehicles and try to snatch a gun from the police and you will not be shot.

I'm not saying he shouldn't be shot, those 18 rounds previous, were fine and justified but those 3 execution shots, while he was on the floor, surrounded by cops, was not.
The last three shots were definitely justified. Watching a video vs reality is something most of us will never experience. Things move so fast that your brain can't keep up . Do you know how the law works? At the time of the execution, the guy wasn't a threat, if he had shot him 2 minutes earlier that's fine but to kill an unarmed man while he's on the floor?
Not that simple. The law requires you to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer didn’t reasonably believe he was a deadly threat, it doesn’t matter if he actually wasn’t. Plus he may be able to argue that he was a fleeing felon who was a clear and present danger to community, which would also justify deadly force.

Yup, and how do you feel about the innocent people with PTSD over an officer who would rather kill an unarmed man in a public parking lot rather than respect Anerica's due process? That officer said "F" the prosecutor, the judge and everybody else, lol.
The Perp was a very dangerous guy, when dragged out of the car you need to act extremely quickly to nullify any threat, the guy intended to harm the officer and had no intention of stopping in my view. He was and would continue to be dangerous. The officer who shot him did what was needed to bring this to a swift resolution. All credit to him
Right? The decision to put him down came before he even got to the car. If he’s got a gun in his hand you don’t have time to assess the danger and not get filled full of holes. You pull and shoot or you don’t pull and let your possibly fatally injured partner continue to fight it out. It’s a f’d up situation, and you make that choice that guarantees you and yours live.
No way that cop that pulled him out had no idea if the guy had the gun or not. All I say it’s better safe then sorry. Don’t put the coin in if you not planning to play
For sure that was super sketchy, I’m a good shoot but that background sucked. Partner, kids, people inside.. FUCK! The cop and perp were stacked. God must have been involved. 18 shoots and that cop didn’t have a nick. Thank God!
The second angle shows that it was VERY justified. He was still fighting and the officer wanted to help his friend as soon as possible because he thought he was injured. He did it only to stop the threat, and he did it as best he could - permanently.
In our society, at this day and age, whenever it's a "close call" we need to give our good guys the benefit of the doubt. Err on the side of the good guys. It needs to be egregious before we go after the people we ask to lay their lives on the line for us. In this one, do we really want to go after this officer for ending a threat to our society? Not me.
This wasn't even a close call. The way it is supposed to work is the officer detains and possibly arrests you. Then you fight it out in court. This guy decided to bypass the process and attempted to take a gun from an officer. Bad idea. And does anyone have any doubt that he would have shot the officer? I don't.
This is a good example of how cameras don’t always show perspective. Sure, we can see the perps hands are empty after he is dragged out, but that doesn’t mean the officer dragging him out of the car can see them during the scuffle. For all he knows the perp has the gun and is a deadly threat.
We do know the perp was aggressively going for the other officers gun. Split second to know if he got it or not. A short pause means the officer could die. So I totally agree with you.
So in your logic a cop can shoot anyone because anyone could have a gun and be dangerous. For all he knows everyone is a dangerous bad guy.. You can’t just murder someone off assumptions. And you don’t shoot at the bad guy when he’s in the same damn seat as the other cop? They should both be terminated or punished and retrained.

WTAF! This wasn't even a close call. The way it is supposed to work is the officer detains and possibly arrests you. Then you fight it out in court. I have no problem with what any of these officers did in this situation..
I like how his fellow officers responded as soon as they heard signal 1 as well "nothing else matters just go" good fellow officers
