    सरजी ! नमस्कार 🙏
    हमारे एक रिश्तेदार ने हमारी माताजी से एक भूमि को 30 वर्षों के लिए पट्टा करवाया था।
    माता जी का अब देहांत हो चुका है।
    पट्टे को 6 वर्ष बीत चुके हैं ,अभी तक उसने न माता जी को किराया दिया था और न ही माता जी के मरणोपरांत हमें ही किराया दे रहा है। पट्टा लिखने में भी धोखाधड़ी की है,पट्टे की भूमि से लगे हाईवे को नहीं दर्शाया था जिससे उसका किराया भी कम आंका गया था।
    उस भूमि के वारिस के तौर पर हम उस पट्टे को कैसे निरस्त करा सकते हैं??

    Could you please guide as to in case an agreement of more than 20000/month is unregistered but had a time limit of 15 years. With no clear eviction clause. But the property is being damaged and on notice of eviction rent has also stopped coming for more than 4 months.
    In this situation how does the tp act get affected or what laws are applicable then?

    Sir, I've a question. 1) Can a mortgagee lease out my property to third party? 2) Can I mortgage a property which is on lease? (where I'am the lessee) 3) with subject to point e) in the determination of of lease, what if there a contract for 1 year? Does still express surrender works?
