    Detroit got some good buses too....Flint and Lansing also got some good buses too. I definitely enjoy this channel. Milwaukee also a good spot too. Happy New Year bro!!!!

    Oh, and just to let you know that all of the RTS fleet have been retired between 2013 and June of 2015.

      +baul104 luigi Yeah I was hoping to get a surprise from at least one but it's unfortunate. I am certain the last retirees were at Shoemaker but my time frame was small to take the trip.

      Yep. I missed the tail end of that when I got hired in 2016. DDOT had two versions of the RTS II models. The first was the GMC, then GM sold their patents to Nova Bus and Nova carried the RTS II nameplate. If my history’s right, the original RTS was a spin-off of the Silverside coaches. Both fishbowls, both GM.

    Just an update: Bus #4117 is retired due to a heavy fire.

      ​@@toyoscioburned up in a 2017 storage bay fire. A bus was left running idle and got extremely hot and smokey causing that fire.

      It is written off into retirement after it caught fire on I-94.
