He is almost beyond words beautiful. Draft horses have always been my favorite since childhood, too. Another one of my favorites is the Friesian. They are so majesticy, beautiful with their pitch-black coat, their defined powerful muscles, and graceful movements. Of course, their long mane and tail add to the beauty, as well.

Wish I was up there early. I'd do a bunch of photo shoots. I'd have Shae & Kyle & their fine horses on the cover of a bunch of romance stories and sometimes I might even make Shae & Kyle the subjects. 😅 I'd make a library of files for future use.

HE HAD A VERY RARE CONDITION CALLED BRUGADA'S SYNDROME. DISCOVERED BY Dr. BRUGADA HIMSELF. HE WANTED TO PUT THE MACHINE IN TO KEEP HIS HEART RYTHM IN SYNC, BUT IT WAS JUST TO LATE. MY MOM SAID SHE WAS GLAD IT DIDNT HAPPEN HERE AND IT HAPPENED AT HIS FRIENDS HOUSE. HIS FRIEND WENT DOWN TO WAKE HIM UP TO GO VISIT HIS KIDS AND HE SAID HE WAS SNORING. I SAID HE DOESNT SNORE, THAT WAS THE DEATH RATTLE AND WENT BACK DOEN TO WAKE HIM UP AN HOUR LATER AND HE WAS GONE. IT TOOK A MASSIVE TOLL ON HIS FRIEND AND NO MATTER HOW HE AND HIS OTHER FRIEND TRIED TO GET OVER IT THEY COULDN'T AND BOTH TOOK THEIR OWN LIVES. 😔 OOOPS sorry for the caps... I didn't look up to see I had the caps on. I have a new partner now and I love him very much, but I truly knoe the difference between love and being in love. My mom said if Phil died here we would have had to move, cuz i already had a nervous breakdown, but I probably would have been worse than I already was. His death was very scry looking. They had to have a cleaning company to come in and try to put his friends family room back to normal. It took them 2 weeks to get it cleaned out. His friend and his family had to be put in a hotel. 😢 😔

Lumi always has a pleasant little smile when you see him from the side. It is just adorable when he is happily frolicking (showing off, lol) along the fence, then turns around and runs a little, stops to look at Ezzie, head up, ears pointed forward, with that natural smile look on his face. He is so cool and such a handsome gelding!
How absolutely wonderful to watch Lumi with his mane and tail loose and flowing while trots and canters around in a bigger space. Then, wow!!! It looked, to me like, “a sudden recognition of a Clydesdale face” btwn Esmeralda and Lumiere. The stance, glance, breath and youthful energy. I bet they will become good friends! I agree with your entire comment. I will be waiting also for Lumi and Ezzy to run in the same paddock eventually. Ezzy is going to be a stunning sight when she is full grown, no doubt about that. Too bad Lumi was gelded, he is stunning enough to pass on his awesomeness. People are really getting into the large breeds because of their calmness and sensible minds. Like riding in total luxury on these well bred big crosses.

@@lesterine77No. Confirmation, or they way they are built, varies from horse to horse, as does height. Some of the things that can vary and make 2 horses of the same breed look different are length of back, placement of withers (shoulders), musculature, arch of neck, set of ears on the head, or tail set (to name a few). If you compare 2 different breeds such as an Arabian to a Percheron, the differences will be even more noticable, even to someone not used to looking at confirmation. 😊

Mmm yeah I wouldn't call that free. They're stuck within fencing and bound by the will of humans. I agree that they're quite beautiful though. What a lot of people fail to realize is that we are slowly breeding the wild out of the animal, and as dependent as we train them to be on us, they are still wildly intelligent. Some horses live happily like this, and others get neglected or shot. Same goes for other farm animals, and unfortunately, the smaller or cheaper the animal, the worse the conditions.

SO MANY OWNERS fund when these beauties can no longer do work fir their farms...it's too expensive to keep and feed them so the make more money by just auctioning them ... please Help support horse rescues. Educate yourself on the horrific things done to them. Owners will either starve them to death or auction them. Many auctions are in TEXAS. JAOAN considers horse meat acdelicacy. Sold at about 4.00 a lb...than Japan charges 100s a lb fir the meat to restaurant. It's really horrific. Mexico buys many than sells to Japan. These horses are transported all over the USA in trucks in bad condition. For months in trucks until they are sold. These GENTLE GIANTS ARE A GIFT FROM GOD. PLEASE HELP THEM.

HE HAD A VERY RARE CONDITION CALLED BRUGADA'S SYNDROME. DISCOVERED BY Dr. BRUGADA HIMSELF. HE WANTED TO PUT THE MACHINE IN TO KEEP HIS HEART RYTHM IN SYNC, BUT IT WAS JUST TO LATE. MY MOM SAID SHE WAS GLAD IT DIDNT HAPPEN HERE AND IT HAPPENED AT HIS FRIENDS HOUSE. HIS FRIEND WENT DOWN TO WAKE HIM UP TO GO VISIT HIS KIDS AND HE SAID HE WAS SNORING. I SAID HE DOESNT SNORE, THAT WAS THE DEATH RATTLE AND WENT BACK DOEN TO WAKE HIM UP AN HOUR LATER AND HE WAS GONE. IT TOOK A MASSIVE TOLL ON HIS FRIEND AND NO MATTER HOW HE AND HIS OTHER FRIEND TRIED TO GET OVER IT THEY COULDN'T AND BOTH TOOK THEIR OWN LIVES. 😔 OOOPS sorry for the caps... I didn't look up to see I had the caps on. I have a new partner now and I love him very much, but I truly knoe the difference between love and being in love. My mom said if Phil died here we would have had to move, cuz i already had a nervous breakdown, but I probably would have been worse than I already was. His death was very scry looking. They had to have a cleaning company to come in and try to put his friends family room back to normal. It took them 2 weeks to get it cleaned out. His friend and his family had to be put in a hotel. 😢 😔

Lumi always has a pleasant little smile when you see him from the side. @@lesterine77No. Confirmation, or they way they are built, varies from horse to horse, as does height. Some of the things that can vary and make 2 horses of the same breed look different are length of back, placement of withers (shoulders), musculature, arch of neck, set of ears on the head, or tail set (to name a few). If you compare 2 different breeds such as an Arabian to a Percheron, the differences will be even more noticable, even to someone not used to looking at confirmation. 😊

What a lot of people fail to realize is that we are slowly breeding the wild out of the animal, and as dependent as we train them to be on us, they are still wildly intelligent. Some horses live happily like this, and others get neglected or shot. Same goes for other farm animals, and unfortunately, the smaller or cheaper the animal, the worse the conditions.

What a beauty she is! I volunteer at a Rescue. We rescue these horses from AUCTIONS....THE HORSES SOLD FIR FOID OR GLYE FACTORIES. SO MANY OWNERS fund when these beauties can no longer do work fir their farms...it's too expensive to keep and feed them so the make more money by just auctioning them ... please Help support horse rescues. Educate yourself on the horrific things done to them. Owners will either starve them to death or auction them. Many auctions are in TEXAS. JAOAN considers horse meat acdelicacy. Sold at about 4.00 a lb...than Japan charges 100s a lb fir the meat to restaurant. It's really horrific. Mexico buys many than sells to Japan. These horses are transported all over the USA in trucks in bad condition. For months in trucks until they are sold. These GENTLE GIANTS ARE A GIFT FROM GOD. PLEASE HELP THEM.
