There's a Warpath fire trail + Smite fissures version of this that kicks butt, too. You still use Judgment, because it's fantastic, but you get such accelerated dps with adding those and the javelin -> banner that casts smites for you.
I started watching your content when you made RF Berserker popular. I've been here through RF Inquis, Heirophant, Juggernaut, Chieftain, and now there's an RF Paladin. Brilliant.
dude big props for the deliberate phrasing on stuff like how fire pen does apply to DoTs as opposed to path of exile not doing so. its very considerate and careful, which is a big plus to me
There is an actual "RF" skill in acolyte, but unfortunately it's not very strong by itself (currently). It may get boosted with some combination of the new shinies though.
update from playing this since launch wait until 50 or so before switching over i leveled to mono with just javelin and it was pretty brutal, I'm working my way through the right side of monos and only die to bad rolled shades at this point. I don't have any gear just been picking up and crafting attunement, heal effectiveness, and any other defense/health i can find. its been solid since I got to mono's, thanks again phox!
starting today my first play-through of the game . very nice to see our beloved burning-boi exists in this game as well :) hope that i meet some people starting out as well to experience this game first time

Spec'ing into 5 points of Pious Offering w/ 5 points on extra duration on consecrated ground is a huge improvement on this build. You really need those +Judgement levels on your body armour/relic for more damage via Flaming Soul, huge damage boost.
Invest into Forge guard passive tree for crushing blows and iron attunement. Some killer defensive passives on the way there too. If you read the Crushing Blows it explicitly states it adds damage to the whole judgement effect, not just the initial melee attack. Should ramp endgame damage by about 600% or so.
Tested this, it doesn't scale fully. It only gives about 70% increase sadly. So even with the Iron Attunement node I'm not sure if its efficient to go into forge guard.
I doubt it'll feel nearly as nice considering the volatile revearsal playstyle. Lunge brings you back into the fray near instantly and costs less mana. Generally I agree though that Shield Rush is pretty nice.
The backstep is too cancerous even if for a brief moment which is why I didn’t consider playing it, I wanna keep going forward not back without interruptions. Damage looks insane tho
Flaming Soul and Pious Offering are multiplicative with each other, there should be no diminishing returns. Putting a few points into each should be much more effective than going all in to one
How are you playing in offline mode? When i click play offline the load icon appears and I can't get in. I thought it had something to do with the maintenance because I went to grab some food and it was still on the login screen.
He probably filmed before it went down. If you were on before, it’d be fine but yeah it can’t authenticate until launch. From 1.0 onwards, that’ll never be an issue again however. Big plus for me!
So you run down a zone level 66 monolith in this vid.. sure your build works. You can do that stuff with autohits if you like to ^^. It's a bit missleading from my point of view because judgment falls of harder then RF ever did. Yes the build is completely fun and I wish it was better but it fall on deaf ears with the devs ^^. With the unique gloves it's even more fun and you have some Facebreaker Judgment combination feeling. After all it's a good build for early endgame. non the less I love your vids everything you said is understandable very well and you are good to explain your thought procces. Much appreciated and I wish you good luck with your build and that it works out better then mine I put 300h into that still felt bad :D .

You mentioned that they nerf the judgement, but is it no a buff? They changed to 3% per 2 mana spend.

You can use map + right click to fast travel to places, so you don't need to walk that much around, saves you some time :)
Judgment looks fun. I'm going to have to go with posion Nova hammer as my starter.

The new version of Healing Hands now has a node that works as a Movement skill that does not need a target so it maybe worth trying.

Just got judgement at lvl 40 ish now im dying quickly. Any tips? Should i specialize sigils or holy hands something like that?

I just wish there was a node that makes volatile reversal not change your location, it just feels terrible everytime.

As far as I am aware, every multiplier on the skill tree is multiplicative with one another, not additive. I used to thing I was like poe too

Why are you so on scaling judgment initial damage when you are trying to use the concenctration more..
i'm a bit confused by this comment, I'm primarily scaling the Consecration, I just call it Judgement
