Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Any changes such as re-bookings must be made 7 days before arrival to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation cost for the entire stay.
Cancellations and refunds are not permitted; however, rebooking is permitted in the event of force majeure.
Rates may vary depending on dates, re-booking customers will be charged rate differences.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT:
Payment should be made through the Paymaya link to confirm your booking; failing to pay will result in the reservation being canceled within 24 hours.
Payment of one hundred percent (100%) of the total charges will be needed to confirm the reservation.
For confirmation and verification purposes, we request that you send your payment receipt to [e-mail]
Do not pay for canceled reservations, reservation isn't guaranteed once it is canceled.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and come with appropriate fees.
Checked-in guests are not allowed to welcome their own guests who are not registered in their reservation.
A security deposit of Php 2,500 per villa will be collected upon check-in and returned upon check-out.
CHILDREN POLICY
Two (2) children ages 7 and below stay for free but do not include free breakfast. In excess of two (2) children, a fee of Php 750.00 per head will be charged, this fee covers the stay of the child and breakfast.
Children ages 8-10 will also be charged a fee of Php 750.00, while ages 11 and above will be charged full at Php 1,500.
OUTSIDE FOOD:
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the resort. Extra charges of Php 2,500 per day will be made when deemed necessary by management.
Eating inside the room is strictly prohibited.
PET POLICY:
Unfortunately, we cannot welcome your fur babies for the time being. This is due to the resort's continuing growth and the lack of appropriate facilities and services for your beloved pets.
PARKING:
All our guests have access to free parking spaces.
For security purposes, please provide your plate numbers before your arrival via Viber or SMS.
WALK-IN POLICY:
We strictly do not allow walk-in visitors for the purpose of ocular visits and check-ins. Please call our number if you wish to schedule an ocular visit with us.
