Aquarium Water Cloudy / Milky / White - Tried Everything (filtering, tests, water changes..)

In this video, I talk about a common problem that is often encountered in beginners' aquariums: the water becomes cloudy, whitish, even milky, and the aquarist tries everything! They change filter media, do water changes, perform all possible tests (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, GH, KH, etc), use lots of water conditioners, tweak the lighting, CO2, plants, substrate, filter... and yet nothing solves it.
