I think the "rack" inside was put in the box backwards: that would explain both the "backwards charms" when you open the doors and how you would find the symbols under the senshi on the opposite side (moon-mercury, jupiter venus, artemis-chibi moon, etc.) and also why you got the chain (which looks like the "base" for all the charms) on day 3.
That would make sense. I took a quick look at the interior of the box and you can indeed turn it backwards. I hope Hot Topic watches my review and fixes it next year lol 😆
My calendar was put in backwards, which is really disappointing because it made the unboxing experience confusing and annoying 😅. I hope Hot Topic brings us a decent advent calendar next year, and does better QC.

The Luna charm perfectly blended with your nails and I found that to be adorable! I'll probably get one calender for me and my niece, thanks for allowing me to discover it!
Sad that they seemed to recycle a lot of the necklace charms they’ve already released for Sailor Moon for Hot Topic. I think the only ones that were sort of unique, were the crescent moon with gemstones and the cursive ‘Sailor Moon’ text. The art and presentation are lovely though.
