Today in Taehyung’s live he told us that 4 o’clock is about him waiting for Jimin. All because of the dumpling incident, where they argued over a dumpling. It turns out we can put it to a timeline and it’s around the time Tae was filming Hwarang. So we can gather that Jimin was scared of losing Tae as he was making brand new friends. So, they argued over a dumpling over the tension, it seemed like a big deal. So to make up they had a drink and met at 4 o’clock. Jimin was drunk and whining, and Tae found him so adorable and filmed him. Then they went home when they made up. 😭

Now that I'ved heard it the title and the lyrics MAKE SENSE TO ME NOW. Bravo Vmin cheers to more years of friendship. And I might say thank you to that dumpling incident because 4'o clock and friends was born.

Anyways, whatever it is, it disappears when Namjoon comes in. When Namjoon starts rapping it feels really hopeful to me. Tae's voice has me in tears...when you listen to Tae, he's actually a very sentimental singer. His voice can do so many things to your heart. I hope that he doesn't force himself too much to go for those high notes. It's really not important when you have such a soulful color as Tae's voice. That, we call talent. To be completely honest, I feel bad for Tae that many fans overly hype his appearance only compared to other members. Please see beyond Tae's looks. As a singer and artist, I'm sure he wants to be acknowledged with his talent rather than his look. In songs like this where he is in complete control over his low ranges, his beautiful baritone voice really comes through and highlights his strength so much. BTS vocal line still has room to grow but they all have improved so much over the years and I'm so proud. Love Tae, love RM and love all my precious boys of BTS. ❤️
I honestly don't think he's forcing himself to go for the high notes, I think he's just following the flow of the song you know? As if it were a lullaby, no one forces their voice to go too far or too low. It's just their own rhythm.

What I mean by that is in general...for example Stigma..him trying different range or tones is good but my point is that his strength lies in low tone as a baritone himself, how he showcased his voice covering "Someone like you" by Adele for example. His voice is special baritone and when he uses his strength, that's when he'll shine the most.
I agree with you on this one, I feel like there is so much pressure on male kpop singers to hit those high notes regardless of their natural strength/voice, all of that talent could be better used if there were more songs like this that had deeper voices

I just want to friggin appreciate Kim Taehyung for a second here. I've biased Jimin since I first became a fan, but I can still say that Taehyung's voice gets to me the most, and I probably find him to be the most inspiring to me. His voice is so unique and different than any other I've heard. It's so deep and soulful and emotional; you can literally feel the emotions as he sings and it's SO good it makes me feel all asdfghjkl. It's just so beautiful and genuine and he's improved so much and I'm so extremely proud of him. His voice reminds me of the calm breeze on a beach or a valley in the springtime like its so heckin calming and ugh. Like I said, Jimin's my bias and I don't ever plan on that changing but Taehyung's voice and his journey to improve it and his growth within himself and his music is probably the most inspiring thing ever for me. He wrote this song himself and he said it's the first one he's really proud of and feels is good, and as someone who's been wanting to pursue music her whole life but has been scared to, this is exactly what makes me want to not give up. Heck, he's such a bias wrecker for me I love him so much. I'll never not be proud of him.

Worldwide Handsome namjoon didnt delete the post he just edited it cause alot of fans seems to misunderstood his real point. the song isnt abt jimin, its abt how he (both joon and tae but a big part of the lyrics is by joon) felt when he was alone and he was waiting for a friend, and the friend for tae is mostly jimin. its was lost in translation, alot of big translation accs on twitter translated joon's post and kind of missed joon's real point too so we cant really blame i-armys for getting lost in translations.

Ankita Sharma well, Rap Mon himself said that this song is about dawn. V wanted to sing about dawn and monnie also likes the Moon. RapMon wrote most of the lyrics. V said he was waiting for someone at a park at dawn and he heard the birds and saw the Moon etc and really liked it cuz it was peacful. Then monnie asked him to who he was waiting for and he said it was mostly Jimin. So Jimin just happened to be the friend he was waiting for (still shows how much he loves chim chim) but the song is not about him. It was a peaceful moment at dawn when was feeling lonely.

A dear Kubz Scouts member I appreciate rapmon effort in this song, but there is something about rapmon pronounciation that disturbing me, I know this is korean song but I really hope he will tone down from keep using that style (excessive accent wording style which like combining korean and english accent) when he singing, well maybe it is just for me..but I really hope in future v can show different kind of singing style and get a song that can represent his beautiful soulful voice
