I’m moving towards my 80s. I use cheap brass darts for the exercise to keep blood flowing in my legs as I go back and forth. I can say that expensive dart set does not necessarily translate accuracy.
I mean, if you're a serious dart player, a tungsten barrel of your choice will help with accuracy. It doesn't necessarily need to be very expensive, but saying equipment cost has no effect isn't true.
I am surprised at all the variations that Loxely has come up with for the Robin darts. I bought my original set right from Loxely years ago. Now it looks like Dartshopper is the place to go. Great video. Thanks WW.
Can you elaborate more on dartitis? Maybe a video more about it, awareness and signs of it. Would be very beneficial and educational. Love you vid and loxley darts. 💯🙂
I ordered the set you reviewed ,the day of your review, a couple of weeks ago but I guess because of Black Friday they are still in shipment. I have the originals which I like but I think with a little grip will suit me better. As far as match weight I always put on a set of specialty points first thing so it changes the weight a little more than it originally was anyway.

Would actually like to see a model with this rear grip and a smooth front. You also hit on something I just started to think about, a consistent grip position. I’ve always used straight barrel darts, with exception being my old John Lowe set. This may be one reason I love the Robins so much, easy to get my fingers on the dart in the same place every time. Probably also a reason I like the Shot Tribal Weapon 1 so much…just wish they weren’t so pricey. Anyway, you talked me into another set of Robins. Just have to decide between the Pro Tour 1 or 2. May also order the gold coated set at some point. Thanks WWD!
When you say you love straight barrel but the grip isn't always at the same place. Did you ever consider making customized darts with extra grip on the same place
Nice! I still enjoyed these, but probably the least favorite of my Robin sets. Still waiting on a set of Model 2 for the collection if anyone is reading this & can help out! 😆
Ordered them from Dartshopper based in the Nederlands, cleared customs and disappeared. Not impressed as such. Will be contacting Dartshopper on Monday for refund. Will keep you informed on the status

I really like the OG smooth ones. The reference point makes throwing so so easy. They also offer decent grip for smoothies.
I agree. My favs are either the OG or the edition 1 from 2 weeks ago. 👍🏻

Im with you. I play with a straight barrel darts as well and my grip goes all over the place. I need to get some of these to try.
Never had anything like this barrel wise. I get the feeling that I would nail the lip a lot. Love the design and look of them. They are wild.
