Younger audience who bases their personality on the content they consume. The overly sensitive Twitter users who take personal offense from a comment made in 2013, stuff like that caused the downwards spiral of a lot of old youtubers.
They can't keep their old audience once a new one comes in and demands change. We used to simply not care, but in fear of being canceled, they had to change. SkyDoesMinecraft was hit the hardest from this. Poor dude...
