I imagine in the Roleswap Au that All For One was someone who had the ability of copying the quirks and transfering them to others to help with the society, his brother in the other hand was jealous of him also because he didn't have quirk so he manipulate his brother to gave him a powerful quirk creating One For All, so when he got it he became so cocky that didn't really care about anything else but himself, he started to fight with other heroes and found a way to absorb part of the power of their quirks making them weak or unable to control them. in that case All For One would be the Good guy and All Might the Bad guy

I love the AU! No hate; but one thing- If this AU were true, Dabi/Touya and Shigaraki would have already graduated- Dabi is 25, and Shigi is 20, but Toga is 16 which makes sense- So maybe in this AU Touya and Tomura/Tenko are teachers? And AfO is the principal- But really neat concept, that was the only thing that kinda made me wrao my head around it-
