You maybe the man who can help! I currently have the Deity TC-1, and also the Zoom F3. As I've discovered, I can't access the timecode on the Zoom F3. If I bought the Ultrasync Blue only, could I then sync the timecode across the TC-1 and Zoom F3? Hope this makes sense! Thank you!
The Ultrasync Blue cannot "talk" to the TC-1 unfortunately since there is no port for that and the USB-C port of the Ultrasync Blue is for charging and firmware updates only. I think you really need to purchase an Ultrasync Blue plus an Ultrasync One so that the Deity TC-1 talks to the Ultrasync One and the Ultrasync One talks to the Ultrasync Blue.
Thank you! much appreciated. Think I might just sell the Zoom F3 and buy the Rode Wireless Pro. Smaller, has timecode, 32-bit float and is smaller.@@ego-shooters
Yes but concerning time code make sure you can sync it with other time code devices. I am waiting for the deity devices but no idea when they will release them.
Concerning the H6 I think it has no direct timecode support so you have to use an audio track of the h6 to record timecode as audio signal. Concerning the Rode wireless pro I have never worked with it but there is an article about this topic on Rodes's website I read once: rode.com/en/about/news-info/syncing-the-deity-tc-1-with-wireless-pro-timecode

Exactly what i needed.. how to get TC from a camera -> a iPhone /apogee meta recorder.. ( since atomos do not explain how.. on neither manuals..)😂😂
I made the same experience with Zoom, they got timecode enabled devices and do not even mention timecode in their manuals. Weird :-)

Is possible use Ultrasync slate app jam sync the ultrasync blue to current time, then both tc-1 and ultrasync blue have the same time?
Not sure if I got that. The slate app just reads and displays the tc of the ultrasync blue
Could you provide the cable model / name you used to connect between ultrasync ONE to Deity TC-1? Thanks in advance
Hi, I got that one from amazon: geni.us/timecode_cable_audtiot
Can I put a deity tc1 on a cell phone to have the timecode?
It depends if there is a video app available which supports that, currently I am not aware of any. I hope that black magic will do in the future.
Is it possible to sync Deity TC-1 + Rode wireless Pro + Zoom H6essentinal?
