This was one of my favorite Ethiopians so far this year. A beauty. Flower Child's Qonqana is the best honey processed I've had in awhile. Worth a try. As always, great content.

do you use brewing water like third wave? do you mix your own like with lotus water?

Neither actually. Also took water inspiration from Coffea Cirulor after a water blind taste test and we opt for a very soft filtered water hovering between 20-30 TDS
