Status affects (I believe) don't count towards it. For True DPS, you need:
Power rush (be low health)
Power Stab with the Iron Sword
3 charges
An Apple Pie from Turitopulis
Either a Tickle Stick or Softener for the enemy
And the Knight card from Roadtown
If it works correctly, here's the stats:
5 from Power Stab + 1 Knight card + 1 power rush + 3 from charges + 2 from Apple pie + 3 from tickle stick
5 + 1 + 1 + 3 + 2 + 3 = 15
I believe True DPS requires 14 for it, so it should work.

i recommend using 3 charges, sling powershot, power rush and knight

Just charge first strike with dynamite, charge for 3, ante up, knight at then PowerShot a child
