- Plot:
After Derek makes the vow of everlasting love to Bridget, Rothbart appears in Derek's castle and reveals that the fake Odette was actually Bridget in disguise and the real Odette is dying as the spell drains her life away. Upon realizing his mistake, Derek races after Odette back to Swan Lake, where Odette transforms back into a princess just before she dies in Derek's arms.

Odette's Disney death might as well be harsher in hindsight. Given that Michelle Nicastro lost her 10-year battle with cancer back in 2010, it's unfortunate that she didn't see the Swan-Scar award she received posthumously. I thank her for the memories and may God rest her soul.
