Like you I enjoy life here. The economic benefits are a bonus, I need to get a LWT made up. I hope it will supersede my American will. My partner and I are waiting to hear from Davao city hall about an appointment to get married. It's great to be away from the clustertruck back in the states. Have a great weekend. 🍻

Hi Davao Dave watch out for the skates or oil on stairs haha tes need to do let ...I think to many expats not doing ..so when some thing happens every thing is frozen or repossessed ..I spoke with my bank and they won't do anything for Annie unless I have let Annie has bank account there and a lawyer has drafted up let ..then they will action my request ...

Hi Slim Jim, how do you find life in CDO ? I havent been there but it looks interesting ....i like medium to smaller cities....Cebu city is too busy and crowded for me ...the traffic makes you not want to go anywhere.....im hoping to find somewhere with less traffic and less stress....CDO is on the list of potential places.

Where did you have your LW&T done? Hand written or through a lawyer in the Philippines? The few lawyers I've talked to here want 2% of all your assets.
