Elevated Plus Maze : screening of anti-anxiety activity

Elevated Plus Maze is the most simple apparatus to study the anti-anxiety as well as anxiogenic property of drugs. It is based on the time spend and number of entries of animal in open and closed arm. Helpful for UG and PG students interested in experimental pharmacology.
