Let it be known that Lyle Forever (Therapy Gecko) blatantly stole the idea behind this video and has made his entire career and profits off of my creation. He conveniently "created" the therapy gecko character soon after this video went viral, and suddenly rose to e-stardom after many years of floundering in the comedy scene (because he's not funny). I hereby challenge Lyle to a boxing match. The loser (him) has to delete their channel and claim the victor (me) as the rightful originator of the character.

Okay, straight up, I've been in a progressively worsening dark place this year and lately it's gotten so much harder to handle, but it's true that the little things can mean so much to someone. This actually does mean a lot more to people like me than you'd expect from a silly lizard video and while it won't suddenly cure me of my depression or anxieties it does help.
