@@michele6870 Finger crossed Michele!! I've watched this video ton of times!! putting all energy on this hahahaha So you will not see me talking any more, just playing!!! 🎶🎶🤩
The 3 Squier Anniversary guitars are all amazing! It's a hard pick for my favourite, strats are so fun to play, but I think my favourite out of the three is the Jazzmaster! The body colour and its dirty tone just grab my attention.
My first electric was an affinity telecaster, but it seems Squier has upped their game quite a lot in the last 10 years! The green tele is definitely my favourite.
Cool vid! Squier has been doing some really good things. Great guitars for the money. Even the low-end budget guitars they make are solid - and are killer mod platforms. And sometimes you get lucky, and get a really good one that doesn't need much mod or extensive set-up work.
The Jazzmaster is by far my favourite. I LOVE the shape and feel of the Jazzmaster series in general and this one looks(and sounds) absolutely amazing!
Thanks Long and Mcquade for the opportunity to win one of these! I love the strats, my favourite features being the colour combinations, and the vintage large headstock. Good luck everyone!
Thx Landon and L&M, is super nice to be able to participate! My heart is to the Strat! Such a nice aesthetics and really nice sounds! Way to go Squier! Cheers from Vancouver BC!
Hey Landon, this is a Jimmy Memphis from Florida and I just wanted to tell you I really enjoy your show. You have some great commentary about these new guitars from Fender. I’ve been a fender fan since 1968,my first Stratocaster had a black body with a blonde maple neck And of course it was made in the USA. I’m sorry I ever sold it. Young and foolish you want something new, so I can’t cry over spilled milk anyway, you keep up the great work and I always enjoy your show. I think you have a great sense of humor and it is important today! especially in a world of chaos be well man you and keep on playing🎸
Hey man literally just in the Burlington long and McQuaid location yesterday checking out these squiers. My favorites gotta be the green telecaster I love the gold accents with the green. I'm trying to get into the art so I had my buddy there to show me some different sounds and I love the way these guys sound so I thought mines well give it a shot I could save myself 800 bucks😂
Always the Jazzmaster. As someone who just turned forty, and has substantially more checking than these guitars, I'm glad we're both going through midlife crisises and have decided to bling our lives up
All 3 are fantastic, I have played a Squier Strat for basically the entire time that I’ve steadily played. Great build quality and are overall really killer guitars. Favourite out of the 3 is definitely the Tele. Can’t beat the iconic design, sound, and playability.
before watching this video i wanted a 70s classic vibe in white, but after seeing this strat wit the gold hardware i was amazed by it , i do wonder if the 200 dollars makes a difference in quality in tuner, bridge, pickups . fender player strat are nice and all but they don’t do it like squier does wit all the different styles at a reasonable price, i mean tho do but their expensive and idk if it wroth it. just a little rent
Don't shop with your eyes unless you already have a perfect guitar for u. My last 4 stratocasters where colors i didn't want but felt sounded and played the best
The jazz master is wicked!! I have a fender squire mini and it works decent but it recently started buzzing and I don’t have much money to fix it, I really wanted a whammy bar but couldn’t get one installed so one of these beautiful guitars would be so incredible to own! Great video and good luck to the winner
If it just started buzzing it’s probably because the bridge is too low. Jazzmaster bridges have a habit of moving lower over time. They can be adjusted back up.
Well I love my neighbors up north regardless lol!! Great vid bro!! I think tone wise it was the Jazzmaster, and cosmetically, that burgundy and gold is just it on the Strat. Wished the tele was a bit punchier. I do love the green as well. I would own all 3 of these if I could. I’d take these over a player series even just because of the cosmetics and the gold hardware.
I’m such a HUGE fan that all of these guys have block inlays, not only do they look fantastic with those inlays and gold hardware, but they sounds in par with the fender series! My favourite of the 3 is the Telecaster!!
The inlays and the gold everything is so beautiful 😍 🤩 I only have a standard stratocaster and I would love to have the stratocaster thank you for reading!!
I loved the green telecaster! I would love to be the lucky guy to win this beautiful. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤩 I’m always looking at the guitars when I go to Long&McQuade to take guitar lessons!! 🎸🎸
I think the Telecaster is my favorite. That green and gold combination is gorgeous and I like that the white binding makes the fret markers easily visible compared to an unbound laurel fretboard. I'd be proud to take that guitar to any gig here in western Canada.
Although I’m a Tele guy typically, I dig the Strat in this case. I’m a sucker for the binding and block inlay on a Strat. Also I’ve been waiting for L&M to step up given the Can factor, so I’m glad they did for you! Being in Guelph I’ve purchased most of my gear from them as a Canadian music institution. Great video as always, keep it up.
Great video Landon, hope you got to enjoy those guitars! I was surprised by how much I liked the strat over the tele in the blind test- love when you do that!
Great video and demo! The Jazzmaster for me! Surprised with the tones and love the blue/gold color of this 40th anniversary edition! L&M as always for the win for having these!
The Sherwood Green Telecaster is definitely my favourite. It has a very nice sound, and a pretty sick design. As an electric guitarist, these are all really neat guitars! Love your channel!
Howdy Landon! Have to go with the tele on this one. The twang is a bit more subtle than usual but really shines when letting those chords ring! Thanks for doing this contest!
Honestly that Jazzmaster is so slick looking 👌. The shape of it always feels great when I play at the music store ahah. And that blue and gold colour scheme 💖😭😭
Great video! I do live in Canada, and my pick for L&M’s contest is the Tele! I really dig the green and gold colour combination, but it was a tough choice because the Strat is sooo beautiful as well. Thanks!
I got it!! The Strat has a slight "chime", or high pitched sweetness. The Jazzmaster has this "vocal" sound that I can't describe, but I love it. It's more wide and resonant. The Tele sounded very "neutral" in this video though? I usually know it for its twangy, sharper character. Great video! Now I want to buy them 😩
Love the Green tele - there's actually a little known olive green telecaster with a 'mint' pickguard - players series - available at a handful of shops, but this is as likely as close as I'd get. Wondering if you'd choose this or the 50's or 60's Squier?
Helloo, Looking to get the 40th anniversary stratocaster or the squier classic vibe 50s. Which would you recommend? Also, think the 40th will be a collector?
The Strat is by far my favourite out of this bunch, the red and gold just go together so nicely, it sounds amazing, the binding and blocks suit the neck perfectly. Absolutely gorgeous, thanks L&M for the chance to win one of these, best music store out there!
Thanks Landon and Long & McQuade. Really appreciate the terrific deep dive review. These three guitars ALL look and sound great but my favourite is definitely the Stratocaster (and I even managed to guess X, Y and Z in the blind test!!).
Norm McDonald doing guitar reviews! I have the Squier Jazzmaster that I like a lot. I swapped out the pups for Fender Vintage JM pickups and it sounds great.
I love that stratocaster, im a metal guy but i wanted a more neutral guitar to use sometimes. and that definitely would do the job! and that colour scheme is gorgeous, so are the fret inlays.
Great video Landon! I remember going to L&M's store in Toronto on Bloor Street west of Spadina back in the 70's, good place. I have an early '80s Squier JV Strat and a newer Squier Tele. I would LOVE to win that Squier Jazzmaster to make the set!
Great video and demo. Love the bindings and block inlays - such a nice choice on Fender's part. The tone challenge was a fun idea since you had the set! My fav is for sure the Jassmaster!
Wow! They look amazing! Love the white trim along the neck. And the tone is wonderful. Even thought both the Strat and the Tele have me drooling, I have always wanted a Jazzmaster... and that one is a beauty! Just love the surfy sound!
I’m a Tele guy and this Squier model looks and sound amazing! Keep the good work Landon for the guitar geek community and thanks L&M for this canadian giveaway!!!
First of all, props on the "Hockey Night in Canada" t-shirt. I did get the tele right on the blind tone challenge. I am a tele guy I have two, and because I have two (one is green) I have to pick the Strat. That color with the gold hardware, Super sweet. So thanks for this, I really enjoyed it. I have to check out your channel now. Cheers
Love the Jazzmaster, it's always been a goal to get a good one. Also, wow, a Friendly Giant reference early in the vid. I haven't thought about that show in a looong time.
The guitar I like most out of these three is the telecaster. No particular reason except the fact that I love that green and gold combo and that I love telecasters.
Gotta go with the strat! My first guitar was a strat style Yamaha, would love to go back to the style again with a Squire now that I'm a Fender bass guy. Thanks for the opportunity!
What a great video ! Great guitars as well, honestly would be extremely happy and thankful with any of them. All of them sound killer and have a real cool vibe ! Thanks for helping us all out and giving us all the chance to win one of these amazing fenders !
A nice review seeing and hearing all three at once. And for the only second time I got the sound sequence right. The Strat was my favourite in look and sound. Three cheers to L&M too!
The Stratocaster was my favourite. I could see myself playing that all day along with my Landon Bailey Ukulele. Well I don’t have one of those either but a person can dream.
Hey Landon, Emily from Nova Scotia here! Very hard choice, but my favourite has to be the tele. Beautiful guitar. Thank you for doing this giveaway!
Hey Emily! This is the real Landon and not a fake scammer. You won! We'll now wait for Long & McQuade to get a hold of you here as well. 🎸👍🙌😃
Congratulations Emily! The tele is an amazing guitar!
@@landonbailey thank you so much!! So excited 😄 I cannot wait to play it!!!!
@@emilymaceachern564 Awesome! L&M will reach out to you hopefully today! 👍🎸 Congrats again!
Awesome deal, hope you make a video, Emily, or you guys do a zoom stream? 🤞

Good Lucky my son!! Mom is rooting for you!!! 🥰

That Ruby Red Strat is gorgeous. By far my favourite of the three. The gold hardware really compliments the red finish.

that blue jazz master is looking amazing! i’ve always wanted wanted a jazz master and that blue is killer, definitely my favourite
These are gorgeous. Getting all 3 takes the toughness out of deciding which one to get. Good video. You've chosen wisely my friend.

Squier are KILLING it these days!
I got the red TELE and the aged metal and tuning machines look great . Sounded good out of the box .
My favourite is definitely the telecaster. They are all beautiful guitars! Thanks for the contest! ❤

I love all three of them but that Sherwood green telecaster🔥🔥🔥
Well I love my neighbors up north regardless lol!! Great vid bro!! I think tone wise it was the Jazzmaster, and cosmetically, that burgundy and gold is just it on the Strat. Wished the tele was a bit punchier. I do love the green as well. I would own all 3 of these if I could. I’d take these over a player series even just because of the cosmetics and the gold hardware.
Usually a Tele/Strat fan, but the blue/gold combination on the Jazzmaster is unreal!
All gorgeous instruments but the green on that telecaster is just so good. Beautiful neck too. This is super cool Landon, thanks!
The tele is the best 👀 but I agree the ruby on the strat comes off amazing in your footage. Can’t get over the white pick-ups/knobs.

I totally want that Jazzmaster. I’m always worried I won’t get it set up properly. That Squier version is very pretty.
Congratulations on your collaboration with Long& Mcquade!!!!!!
Thank you!!
The contrast between the gold hardware and green body of the tele has got to make it my favourite. Love the fret markers as well.
I think the Telecaster is my favorite. That green and gold combination is gorgeous and I like that the white binding makes the fret markers easily visible compared to an unbound laurel fretboard. I'd be proud to take that guitar to any gig here in western Canada.

The Jazzmaster for me! Surprised with the tones and love the blue/gold color of this 40th anniversary edition!
L&M as always for the win for having these!
LOVE the Telecaster!!! Great video. Been wanting to treat myself to a new guitar, and I turn 40 soon 😉
I love the appointments on these, block inlays to the first fret, bound neck, metal pickguard, etc.
The Sherwood Green Telecaster is definitely my favourite. It has a very nice sound, and a pretty sick design. As an electric guitarist, these are all really neat guitars! Love your channel!
Edit: my favourite guitar is actually the jazzmaster because it has a whammy.
Fantastic job with the deep dive showing all the specs, features, and sound demo.
That Stratocaster looks beautiful! I've been more of an epiphone/gibson fan, but wouldn't mind channeling my inner Hendrix
Howdy Landon! Have to go with the tele on this one. The twang is a bit more subtle than usual but really shines when letting those chords ring! Thanks for doing this contest!
Lovin' that Telecaster with the block inlays and the Sherwood Green finish !
My favourite was the Stratocaster for sure. That thing looks amazing!!!
The stratocaster is my pick, they are so comfortable and good looking. I also really love the block inlays on all three.
I really love the colour and weight of the stratocaster and would really love to have one to play. Great video Thanks for the info.
Honestly that Jazzmaster is so slick looking 👌. The shape of it always feels great when I play at the music store ahah. And that blue and gold colour scheme 💖😭😭
The Jazzmaster, no question for me!
I've wanted to get a JM for a while now and the block inlay just looks so right!

My favorite is definitely the Stratocaster. I love the gold pickguard on the dark body!
The green telecaster got me in!! Such a wonderful sounds guitar and i like the way the design it with perfection!!
I think the Jazzmaster is my favorite. Thanks Landon. Thanks L&M for the contest. 🇨🇦

Helloo,
Looking to get the 40th anniversary stratocaster or the squier classic vibe 50s. Which would you recommend?
Also, think the 40th will be a collector?
pick the one you like the best! quality wise they are pretty much the same. I can't assume the 40th will be a collector item.
Always been a fan of MIJ Squiers since they first came out. Two of my best guitars are Squiers. Seriously good quality axes.
im a recent convert to jazzmasters now i just love them that blue one you did the demo on looks really cool
🎸👍
The Strat is by far my favourite out of this bunch, the red and gold just go together so nicely, it sounds amazing, the binding and blocks suit the neck perfectly. Absolutely gorgeous, thanks L&M for the chance to win one of these, best music store out there!
Great video! All three are beauty's 😍 the stratocaster is definitely my favorite - that ruby red pops!
I’m the biggest fan of the Jazzmaster. Always loved it’s design/looks but I was totally surprised by how solid it sounded during the tone test.
Thanks Landon and Long & McQuade. Really appreciate the terrific deep dive review. These three guitars ALL look and sound great but my favourite is definitely the Stratocaster (and I even managed to guess X, Y and Z in the blind test!!).
Hit me up with that Tele! It's awesome! Congrats on the collab with Long and McQuade (sounds like a pair of D playing for the Sens.)
lol

Great deep dive into this 40th anniversary series! These guitars are beauts! Absolutely loving that Telecaster!
I love that stratocaster, im a metal guy but i wanted a more neutral guitar to use sometimes. and that definitely would do the job! and that colour scheme is gorgeous, so are the fret inlays.
I will always be a stray guy , but that blue Jazzmaster is just epic! My vote is for Jazzmaster. Great work on the videos. Cheers!
I’d really like the Jazzmaster!! Looks absolutely stunning in blue and gold, wishing for that!!
I have been looking at these for a while! Still not sure which one I want but I love the Tele’s color, the Jaguar looks great as well!
Jazzmaster!
@@landonbailey Haha! Thanks for catching that!
Great video!! Have always wanted a jazzmaster and that was definitely my favourite. Fingers crossed! 🤞
I like the format of your video. I subbed and that Tele is flipping awesome, can't believe it's a Squier! It's a great time to be guitarist!
The red strat is AWESOME I love the red I would die to own that!! Fancy
It’s crazy!!!
I’m from New Brunswick
I’m a Tele guy and this Squier model looks and sound amazing! Keep the good work Landon for the guitar geek community and thanks L&M for this canadian giveaway!!!
Absolutely love the tone and colour on that tele. Gorgeous instrument
Great video loved them all but i have to go with the Tele.Love those guitars would love to own another. Thanks for the chance to wim.
The Jazzmaster is my favourite. Those P90s are just magic, and the blue/gold combo looks awesome!
A nice review seeing and hearing all three at once. And for the only second time I got the sound sequence right. The Strat was my favourite in look and sound. Three cheers to L&M too!
My favorite has to be the red strat. gorgeous colour and finish; who could resist the curves!
The Stratocaster was my favourite. I could see myself playing that all day along with my Landon Bailey Ukulele. Well I don’t have one of those either but a person can dream.
