Not exaggerating, the best app I have downloaded since getting my MacBook. Such a simple, yet powerful app. I recommend to anyone I come across that has a Mac.
Should I quit engineering?
2 uploads in 3 days???? Amazing
Hey thanks 🙏 I’m trying to improve 🙃
you are totally right the when you become a developer is like having a skills that's other don't and i like it and the part when you think about new project always get me excited 😅 ...good luck
When the video ended I had a happy smile looking at the screen, thank you Marko!!
You have such an encouraging and uplifting approach to what you do! It is truly inspiring for a beginner coder like myself. Keep up the great work!!
I love It, thanks for sharing Marko!
I used to watch you a lot in my first CE year, gained much inspiration to keep going.
I havent watched you in a while cuz of exams and projects and now i realise youve reached 200k subs, its so amazing.
Much love Marko. ❤
Thank you soooo much 🙂 As a IT consultant (Helios Nephrite) I was forced to learn SQL, data structures and so much more. Can 100% relate to go to my flat from work or on rainy sunday just sit down and try to learn something more. Your vlogs helped me a lot . Regards from Czech Republic, Michal
omg I am Czech as well. Do you have discord?
@@purplebanana4325 Ahoj :) nemám, nepoužívám. Ale kouknu na něj a případně se ozvu.

Hey guys, thank you so much for the nice comments 😊 fun fact, I’ve been to Prague 5 times, and can navigate it better than Belgrade 😂
Hello Marko, I love your narrator voice, it makes your videos so easy to listen to.
I am a digital product manager and a hobbyist developer on my journey to full-time dev. Your videos are inspirational, congrats on the 200k subs 🎉
bonus video!!! thanks a lot marko :D
Hey yes 😃
I love your videos, I learn a lot but I get inspired so much! ❤
Yoo marko, i really really enjoy having your vlogs on the background when im working, im also a junior dev in a brand new startup, hearing your stories is inspiring!
It would be awesome if you have your own playlist of these vlogs so i can listen to them on loop.
Thanks in advance for the great videos
make my day, good content as usually , and 2 uploads , amazing my friend !
Very inspiring video, thank you! 👍
thanks for helping me reignite the spark for coding i've been missing with this video
Hey I’m so glad you are feeling motivated, that’s awesome 🙌
Beautiful, thanks Marko. I don't work as a developer, yet lol, but in hindsight the most fun I've really ever had was learning to program. I loved it. Thank you for your insights, excellent 👊👍
When you start working as a dev, I hope you'll still enjoy learning because the learning doesn't ever stoo. A good thing if you like it
Love your videos mate! Keep up the amazing work. You really inspire me to keep on dreaming to be a software engineer.
Hey thank you, I’m really glad you liked it 😊
I really can appreciate the perspective you lend here. I'd even say if you are experiencing 'negatives', you can simply adjust where and how you are working....development provides for that!
Yep, that’s very true, you can always change where you work 👍👍
Hey Marko, I have been following you for a while and I just wanted to shout out how much I appreciate the content you are producing! I love it! I myself am a CFO and totally fascinated by IT and even though what you are doing is a totally different area, you just fascinate me with your videos! Thank you for this and keep it up!
Hey thank you my friend, this means a lot! 😊 I happen to watch a lot of finance content in my free time, haha 😃
Loved this video, it just reaffirmed changing my career and becoming a developer (almost 5 years ago now!) was definitely my best idea ever. Love my career, love my job, love my side projects. Really well put, thank you!
And what about the money at the end? Ok ? Or not enough ?
@@davidrichard4768 Definitely worth it. I'm formerly a journalist and I'm now making about 3-4x as much as the top earner from my original college cohort while working from home (could be even more but I'm kind of in love with the startup I work for right now so I'm not looking to switch). First job as a developer had shit pay tho lol, gotta power through while you get enough experience/abilities to start climbing towards the better jobs. Go for it!
Congrats for 200 000 subscribers 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Currently studying to work within cybersecurity and really find your videos inspiring - keep them coming! :)
Another great video!
Same here... started by creating small projects into a bigger freelance projects that got me paid and into joining as a Frontend developer in a startup.. totally change my life as well.
I can relate to everything you mentioned from the jacket to the personal projects.. :)
Marko is back like the old days.👍👍
Thanks for being an inspiration Marko ❤ Love from India 🇮🇳
Great work my man
Thank you 😃
Really inspiring thank you
You are inspiration, I aspire to be as good as you one day.
Hey thanks, I’m sure you can do better than me 😃
Love your videos as always Marko! They truly keep me inspired and interested in trying to push myself to change careers and get into software development (especially since I have so many creative app and game ideas I would love to create!) Anyways, my question to you since you've been in the industry for quite some time now: Do you think that AI is going to get advanced enough to where it replaces developers (like yourself) in the near future completely? If so, what are you doing to combat that or at least preparing yourself for that next level of change?
Show us how you manage your taks / calendar / productivity overall
Nice video sharign Marko......newly subscribed :)
Just stumbled across your video while I'm currently transitioning careers to a software developer. Super curious about the book you mentioned at the beginning of the video.
Marko you are my insperation to start my coding journing

This video is Amazing 🤩

Really enjoy your content. I'm curious what Ipad you use for drawing wireframe?
Hi Marko. Great video, I am moving away from digital marketing and into coding, what do you think the best coding langauges are the best to learn at the beginning of my coding journey ? thank you for your help.
Hello, I have been watching your content for a while now and I must admit, that your channel is one of my favorites. I am still learning to become a backend engineer, but recently it feels like I am walking at one place and I am not making any progress. Do you have any advice for people like me?
If I may ask, what backpack do you use? I notice it in these videos when you pull out your laptop and I like the silhouette a lot.
Svaka cast!
Odakle si
some of the reasons you listed were the same reason I had when i started studying computer science. First of all, it's one of the easiest way to start your own business, you can literally test any idea you want without spending 1 dolar. And second, it's one the only professions that allow you to work remotely to any country in the world.
Hey yes, exactly 😃
what's the wallpaper? Looks sick
My favourite youtuber is back
Thank you 😊😃
I really enjoyed about your channel, and i gonna to become a frontend developer but i dont sure, i everytime ask my self about "am i on time? there are a lot of developer and huge competition" can u gimme advice, is it not late to become developer?
I just came back to this channel after quite a while and noticed you've taken off your first videos/the ones where you still worked at Kahoot. If this wasn't you, then my bad, but if yes why have you taken those videos down. They were the reason I first subscribed to your channel. Thanks
hey Marko, I'm kinda like the opposite of you I study physics although I also get passions on CS 😂 wanna ask what's the name of the java book you mentioned at the beginning and can you share your wallpaper cuz it's really beautiful. you got a sub btw
I am not a software engineer, but all your words make sense for all majors, You have to buy a flight ticket without seeing the invoice and come here "Mi casa es tu casa" kind regards from Peru, thank you for your videos, not miss any.
How can I entertain the idea of subscribing when I'm already subscribed!
Haha, fair game, thanks 😃
Hi Marco :) - can you write what program you use on iPad in the video (0:49)

I didn't say anything, I have just found them on your site I think
Glad you like it :)
AWESOME video! What vscode theme do you use?
Hey I use the default dark theme, I think it’s called dark modern or something like that 😃
Which is the best way to start in dev world??
you made One Menu Project. Does python make django?
May be I am the only one who missed out on struggles what u mentioned at the beginning of your video? It would be interesting to know what it cost you outside of your coding hours? Health , relationships, friends, sun? That would interest me more than the good „happy“ time
I love your videos.
Раз Марко серб, есть ли у него хоть какое-то знание русского языка?

Hey thank you! I will probably make a windows version at some point, but to be fair, windows already has a very nice window manager :)
THis is great. May i ask how old are you ?
Hey thanks 🙏 Im 30, soon 31 😃
hi Mr.Marko i hope you're doing well! am a 4th year software engineering student. and am lost, i can't decide which programming language to learn (i know am too late) and i feel like i've wasted my time going to this field.
If you've tried a few languages through school, then pick the one you like. Otherwise you can look at what languages are used in the job descriptions for jobs you want to apply for. If going into web then you have to learn some Javascript.
@@friendly__drone9352 thank you for your reply
Hey this is excellent advice, I would also add that you can choose a language based on the project you are working on, or the kind of projects you like to work on in general.
Woah nice 🎉
Can you ask one of the mods to get me unbanned there has been a misunderstanding

Where do you work? Northern Europe?
Yes, I work in Oslo, Norway :)
Did you voice change?
Haha, yes up until now I was recording most of my voiceovers late at night. But this one I recorded early in the morning instead, while my baby is sleeping and this is what it sounds. :D
Does it pay well?
Pays ok, nothing spectacular, but enough to live comfortably :)
