I will say, without fear of being wrong, that this tutorial is your BEST on YT!! Perhaps it's because the song is one of the most beautiful of the last 50 years and you teach it quite well! Your, "Easy" by Lionel Richie is a close 2nd. Now if "Claire", by Gilbert, could find its way into your teaching repertoire, well, the icing on the cake will have made learning piano all the more a wonderful station in my life. To a wonderful guy, from a devotee-- Eddie

    Hi Mike,
This is great! What a superb choice. Might have to transpose to be able to sing that high!! Thanks for your invaluable lessons - can't wait to try this one. I can now play Wild Horses thanks to you, and I am working on Easy and Logical Song.
    Thanks for the music.
    All the best,
    Rich

    Hi Mike,
Thanks very much for a great tutorial, pretty much got the running of it now. I know it's been 2 years but would there be any chance of doing the bridge part of the song.....
'It seems to me there are more hearts'. I'll try to figure it out, but it's always more instructive with a pro's guidance. Thanks again.

I can see where Cold Play could have been a bit influenced by this.

i notice gilbert transposes down a semitone on his live performances, that seems to be enough for my terrible voice, thanks for the nice comments!

@chidogz1995 Hi there, how you don't mind msg, I have the sheet music for this, although there are two versions out there, one is in Fmaj and other version is I think key of G something, U can get to see 1st page if you go to Musicnotes for example. Although they don't match how he plays it now, he has stepped it up or down to match his voice now I think.
