Glad to see you react to these kind of videos as being the dance and performance leader is a very big part of Hobi's role in BTS. However this was a VERY short introduction, you aint seen nothing yet, haha. He's very strict and detail oriented. But he's also like a proud mom when seeing the members doing their best. And they all respect each others roles in the group. So they always listen carefully to him as he gives advice. An example is a situation where he's giving Jungkook advice on pacing himself. He said how great it is when Jungkook is dancing and performing powerful and the fans sees and love it, but he tells him that being a proffesional also means to be able to pace yourself. It could seem a bit strict of Hobi telling him that but Jungkook listened very carefully and took it in. They have huge respect for each other, and performing is Hobi's speciality.
And I believe it was JK that got injured one time where Hobi then as the performance leader of course took charge and told them to skip the choreography and go freestyle for Anpanman. There's a clip of that as well. I'm sure you'll see other examples as we go along this was just to give a brief example of his role as leader.
They're just so in tune with one another! Recently when Hobi couldn't get to the states right away for Grammys (I think it may have been due to Covid), his absence was felt big time. Jimin kept saying he couldn't wait till Hobi got there - they were kind of lost without his direction. Amazingly they pulled off BEST Grammy performance ever (with little practice)
they're actually scared of Hobi whenever they practiced 😂 so they're always looking for the opportunity to tease him when he makes a mistake on stage (which rarely happens) for payback 😅

Even though RM is the "leader"of the group - every member displays their own style of leadership in their role. Suga is the hard working exemplary, Jimin being the carebear of the group, etc.. Hobi is definitely the one who can oversee the little details and get things in order, traits that RM admits that he's missing (from Bon Voyage). It seems like sharing responsibilities that plays to their strengths without overstepping or micromanaging (playing to one's ego) is one of the keys to their success and harmonious group dynamics. It's amazing how these boys learned all that at such young age...
It's a sign of a strong leader that RM knows when and how to delegate as well as trusting the competence of his teammates to lead in the areas they're strong in. I love how wonderful all of the guys are at teamwork and supporting not only each other but also RM as a leader. It warms my heart when they take initiative and step up to help in their own ways. It shows so much character. It could be easy to say "That's not my job" and leave it all to RM but they're not like that. I especially love how Hobi is not what you think of when you imagine a leader. He's such a ball of sunshine that they all adore wholeheartedly and he gets to be soft with them yet that softness never gets undermined when he decides to be strict. He isn't seen as a pushover and they respect him. Same with Joonie actually. They all know when to play and cuddle and when to straighten up and follow instructions.
Love when you watch this content!!! When BTS make a mistake and they know it they almost always avoid eye contact with Hobi because they know he will notice. Lol. Their is an interview somewhere but I can’t find it anymore but they ask a question basically asking if their is a second leader of BTS. RM then had the crowd answers Jhope. Jhope is definitely like the second leader behind the scenes and RM is like the front leader. It is amazing that they all of certain roles and they all respect each other for it. Plus besides RM being the leader everyone pretty much stepped in and created their roles in BTS which I think it pretty cool as well… P.S. your cat is cute
Yay for the Casper Cat Cameo! Yes, please more dance videos! Even though I am a singer, BTS's choreography is what first lured me down the rabbit hole, and the dance practice videos sealed the deal. No surprise, then, that Hobi is the one who first caught my attention. He's a pro who leads by example. He doesn't belittle or bully the others when he points out mistakes, so the members accept his correction because they're also pros, and they trust him.
J-Hope is always monitoring their performances and correcting mistakes but he never gets cross. He’s especially patient with Jin who is a good dancer but takes a long time to learn a new routine. It amazes me that they can adjust their performance just before going on stage and get it right.
I love how you brought in Casper today. I just got home from work to find out that my cat has finally given birth to four healthy kittens. All the cat vibes today. Should’ve been a Yoongi video in that case 😂 Your kitty is beautiful 😍💜

i had a rlly crappy day today so i wanted to end the day by watching one of your videos. i randomly chose one and im so glad i did because i got a cat cameo!!! thank you for your video and for helping to brighten the end of my day even a little bit

So cuuuute casper! ♥️ My cat isnt ok right now, i rushed him to the vet yesterday, he's persian so he has lots of fur. Few days ago he got out and just returned after 1 day full of mud. We bathe him didnt notice anything besides he became so moody. Not until yesterday noon he was leaking blood i thought it's a discharge when we went to the vet he had this huge open wound near his tail. My goood. His left anal gland was also busted. Ahhh the doctor asked me if i am ok with his operation with sedation and listed the total payment i almkst fainted with the amount i saw on the paper 😂😂😂 but i said yes of course!!! Being a furparent isnt an easy. 😅
