Do you hace a tuner with auto scan? If so than turn on your transmitter put some music on it with an aux cable and press auto scan on your tuner. The tuner wil stop at any frequency it detects go through auto scan a few times until you hear your own music. Hope it helps

For me it was between 97 - 99 MHz or 96 - 97 MHz
