@niravpatel768 You should get a couple of hours on battery life. I haven't timed it but I'd say between 2 - 2.5 hours. This is an SD camcorder not HD. The HDD works perfectly and doesn't create any issues for recording.

I have a older version of same camera. How do you up the volume? I bought a 2nd one because i thought my real older one was broken it just needed a new battery! The newer one has less volume then my old one! No place have i seen on any settings how to up the volume! Do i need to buy a microphone for it??
I think that you can only alter the volume during the editing process. You might be able to get an external mic for this camera. It's been a while since I had this so I don't have the instructions anymore. If you still have your instructions you might be able to look up external microphone compatibility. Also have you checked the JVC website?

i recorded a bunch of videos and when i try to upload them to my mac it only shows my pictures and not my videos what can i do?

I take it a camera like this. Would still hold up to it for a content creator.
