Ayubowan!!(may u live long)thats how we greet any time of the day over here!!old entrance to the port and the old pier. where the sail ships use to come. because galle was the main commercial port those days. not colombo. now its longer in use since the ships are much bigger. the harbor is not big and deep enough for them. currant harbor is further down which accommodates bigger ships. yet there are more than a dozen ship wrecks(sail ships) jus stone throw away. hence its a famous wreck diving spot. the cricket stadium was originally the esplanade of the fort. galle fort is the only living fort in the world where the others are just museums.liked & subed!!! good staff #customoods #findingretreat #endfiledholydays #srilanka

Little adams peak and adams peak(sri pada) is two different place. you are went to little adams peak. you show picture of info(11:12) about adams peak. that is a buddhist temple in top of one of highest mountain in sri lanka with lot of historical value for buddhism.

I think the hike you took was little adams peak,not the original one 😄 Adams peak will take atleast half a day for you to climb and its a little bit cold there compared to little adams peak 😌
