    Looking forward to this so, so much! My favorite live-action Disney movie is Enchanted, followed by Mary Poppins, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Newsies, Splash, Davy Crockett, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Mighty Joe Young, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, and The Sixth Sense.

    • @ModernMouse
      @ModernMouse  4 года назад +3

      I didnt include Enchanted but I live that movie too. It was definitely Disney, during their more adult era. Admitting how non-adult they are at times.

    • @beethovensfidelio
      @beethovensfidelio 4 года назад +1

      Network 1901 I do too. Funny enough, Disney’s “Enchanted” was originally going to be *”a racier R-rated movie”* that would released under the studio’s “Touchstone Pictures” banner (in fact, there was a one scene in the script where *“Giselle apparently landed in Chicago at a bachelor party and wound up mistaken for a stripper”).*
      Yes really!
      Of course, Disney didn’t like the original draft and told screenwriter Bill Kelly to “Disney-fy” the story and make it “family-friendly” instead; *ironically, some of the “adult stuff” still made it in the final film (like Giselle accidentally landing on top of Robert on the floor, which causes Robert’s fiancée Nancy to mistakenly think that Robert is having sexual relations with another woman).*

    I really love live-action Disney! Disney is not just an amazing animation studio, but an epitome for wonderful filmmaking which can be enjoyed by one and all. My favourites include Honey, I shrunk the kids (even though I'm born more than 15 years after it launched), Mary Poppins 1964 & 2018, etc.
    I didn't know about the PG-13 films, which came at around the time of my early childhood, so excited about those too.
    P.S. I'm also making a Disney Pixar channel so tips would be appreciated 😁

The "1901" part of the name comes from the year that Walt Disney was born. Thanks for asking!
