Ooh, a change from the original audio: it's about losing weight quickly instead of leaving food on the plate. Makes sense kinda, cause if one left food on their plate, the other would probably just eat it if they weren't being given too much already.
Loved the audio but.... Could you put a warning in the title about the food? I struggle with disordered eating and this audio triggered me a bit. One of my parents tried to give me an eating disorder throughout my childhood by restricting the amount of food I ate and even forcing me to skip meals. If there was a content warning, it would have helped tremendously.

Getting physically weaker and thin will make the plan more convincing but its risky. What if we get sick for real or don't have the energy to run?
