Last vid..Older guy, not too far ahead of me, was completely out of line. The 2 younger guys handled it admirably. Me, I don't deal with anyone puffing up like that if they're being unreasonable. If you're going to scout locations for photo shoots (I often do), of course try and pay attention to signs, but also know your state laws on trespassing.
You see, a trespassing sign is NOT a law, but a request. (Just like a business with a 'No Guns allowed" sign) . If you refuse to leave after being made aware of the sign, ONLY then can it become a criminal act.
    Cheers

In every state., the trespassing law says they have to ask you to leave and let you go. They can't stop you from leaving, that would be a crime of false imprisonment. Which in most states is a felony. Its only trespassing if they ask you to leave and you refuse. The police told that crazy guy on the phone to not let them leave. That's also a crime. This would be an easy lawsuit against the city. With criminal charged for the property owner. Just because you own property does not give you the right to kidnap people.

    • @mrspeigle1

Alot of it is variable. In the case of my old state if we busted you for shoplifting we would give you a trespassing warning. If we caught you again and had record of the trespassing warning you would get trespassing charges on top of the shoplifting charges even though we detained you.

You say he was aggressive, I say he's tired of people vandalizing his property and has every reason to believe this would be no different. You don't fully understand the burden of property ownership at that young age. You may look at a building and think 'Oh hey, cool photo Op' with no thought as to whether you should be there. Any time a biker wrecks they most likely deserved it. I don't even feel bad anymore. 9 times out of 10 they are extremely aggressive drivers but play the victim all the time.

"When you're cornered" dawg, the moment you came up they offered to leave lmao. you keeping them there increased the chances of them getting hurt, which is supposedly what you want to prevent. and, he said "mean things" to you? broooo, this old dude fr needs to, in his own words, "shut his pie-hole" lmao.

2:56 he skid so far because he pulled the clutch in immediately - the MT-07 has immense engine braking - if he had of dropped a gear and let the clutch out he would have stopped in a 1/4 of the distance.
