People mostly are just dumb when it comes to certain things, Why did we spend so much money on "academy players". Why 15mil on him and 20mil on that "talent". Guess what the criteria to bring someone to the academy change. Players needs to met a certain point criteria. So you have to obtain these in order to go to the academy. How should a 17yrs old from south america meet these? Right he cant. So you "stockpile" some before the change is in effect. You loan them to a european club to obtain points.
