A bit late to his video but my A2000 power supply had a ma-hoosive Rifa on the input power connector, hidden under heat shrink. Maybe it was that that went pop? 🙂 I ended up junking the supply I had and transplanting an older ATX supply (with -5v) into the original cage. 😁
Those games will probably work if you assign the relevant paths the software is asking for (to the hard drive)? Running Snoopdos might help show the issues
The Word Processor program is called Wordworth and you just kept opening documents which used up your Chipmem. You could have played those games if you had closed the Wordworth documents. You definitely need to upgrade your chipmem to at least 1 megabyte and also add some Fast Ram. This will solve the 'Out of Memory" issue. The A2000 is a beautiful machine and is very expandable.

You are having a ChipMem problem. 8371 does only support 0,5mB. And while the Wordtworth program is using a part, most games can't run.
Tell him to sell the PC card if he does not need it as they are well sort after by some amiga folk..
