I purchased two of these and so l far I have used them on 4 different wedding events.
To get the best out of these lights during wedding scenes, plug it using the power supply that comes with the X60.
If you are trying to illuminate dance floor or a larger area you will go through batteries very quickly, battery is there just for those small quick takes … but for a 4 hours reception make sure power outlet is nearby.
On one instance I plugged one of my X60 light to an Anker 140W power bank using the USB-c cable. When using power bank it allowed me to crank the brightness upto 60% (it limits output when plugged to a power bank), even at 60% this light is pretty darn bright and it gave me flexibility to create and control light in a fast paced environment.
Details and decoration shots to speeches, toast, first dance, cake cutting… on a single power bank attached to a 8ft light stand I was able to use the portability of this light to full extent (even at 60% of the total output… this thing is like a Swiss knife that can handle most task easily).
If you are shooting a small wedding event with 100 to 150 guest and you don’t want to lug around heavy equipment… this credit card sized mini LED x60 Molus will do the job.

Those are great notes for everyone to see! Using the power cord is definitely a must for long shoots. I just got finished with a week long film shoot using this and other similar lights and had them plugged in for most scenes.
I really like the ability to program them in the app though so you can easily turn them on/off or change settings. Did you use that feature at all during your wedding shoots?

@@CamberFilmSchoolYes I used the app and created a group and paired both the x60 to a group, once you have added them in a group you can easily control and adjust color temperature and light intensity simultaneously. Gives user the ability to adjust lights without having to walk over and manually make adjustments.
App is super friendly and takes less than 30 seconds to pair these out of the box using Bluetooth.

@livestreamchicagoevents9987 yep, it’s a great feature. Glad to hear it works well for you at live shoots like that.

really cool light 💡, really has a cool outlook too .. like fx3. Very useful app features.
lighting is the most important part of filmmaking .. even a subtle change and addition of lights can make so much difference.
