It's quite easy to do - you need to remove the screws on the bottom, remove the plastic cover and just unplug the battery. Assemble in reverse order. It's standard 18650 batteries and you can order a new one or just reassemble it on your own - there is nothing special in it.

I think the only differences is the detergent slot and the self water filling and emptying which the X10+ don't have it.
