To be honest, at first I hated it. But after some time ... I ... I love it :) It's beautiful and it's not just another cover, it's totaly new level to the original
To all those who think Soap&Skin ruined the "classic"... You're entitled to your opinion. I see this as an adaption, a beautiful one at that. Her voice is haunting, perfectly adapted to the new rhythm. In my point of view, she reinvented the song, gave it a new life. If people don't like this version, at least it helps them learn about the original.
I feel like the original was actually supposed to sound much closer to this version but in the end they decided to turn it into a light pop song. Thank you for this, Anja.

I've just seen the season 1 of Netflix's Dark and I'd wish this version of Voyage Voyage would appear in it...I think it could fit with this amazing show (maybe in season 2?)

I like the original a lot more. This sounds kinda lame (only for me) and like the singer is not really in it. But this is just my opinion, not bad, just not for me. For everybody, who likes it: enjoy it.

If you'd go through and just check out two more of her songs, you'd quickly realize. But then again, if you think this is "boring and lame", you probably wont enjoy her other works either.

its kind of alright and unique and pretty and deep. but im not all too heterosexual. ive waited too but it was kind of meaningless. im rather joyous now but thats how i understand it. i dont miss her, i guess her angel was with me and wanted something. i know she didnt look like her and was not as young. yeah, it's me.

This music genre is dark ambient/sad core type of music... So emotion does play its part but not as you think it would
