I find it funny how in his first stream, he said 6 person commander would be a nightmare. But in the season finale of season 2 there’s a six player game of Emperor. Shows how far this show has come!

What I love about this is each of the boys has their own playstyle. Ben is a bit of a meta hugger but still skilled enough to play outside his comfort zone (see the match with Bernie in season 1), Donald is all about flashy decks and his beloved walls, Joe is clearly just there for a good time, and Barack is the middle man to play off their extremes.
I also find it funny how in Barack Obama‘s case particularly he’s also the best at the game. People who tend to play for very long times tend to end up becoming middlemen, especially since they have more skill and experience and learn to exploit other players flaws, and not always just running the Meta decks. Well, they themselves probably have at least one incredibly dedicated and mastered meta-deck themselves. (Also, Obama is my favorite character and I’m a Kenrith cEDH so this just makes me extremely happy).
